My approach to assisted stretching is rooted in a lifelong passion for how the body works. Growing up surfing and wrestling in Redondo Beach, I developed a deep appreciation for movement. Since then, I’ve formalized that passion with an Associate's Degree in Kinesiology and a NASM certification. My professional experience includes training thousands of clients with diverse goals and injury histories, as well as working as a Physical Therapy Rehab Technician. Additionally, I work as a freelance personal trainer, delivering tailored training sessions directly to clients in their homes or out in nature. I love designing programs and treating the body as an interconnected system—it's an endlessly entertaining thought exercise that I bring into every session! When I’m not at the studio, I enjoy staying active by surfing, hiking LA trails, or heading out for a camping trip. I also love music and am often found at concerts or helping friends with their songs. I can't wait to help you unlock your full movement potential!
