Jessica
Flexologist
When I joined our StretchLab family in November 2024, I came to the team with more than 25 years of yoga practice and teaching, and 10 years as a marathoner/ ultramarathoner. As a RYT-200 teacher, I treat every client, every stretch, with the same empathic approach as I do my yoga practice: with patience, curiosity, and compassion. With decades of "on the mat" experience, yoga has taught me that movement is not simply about flexibility or strength—it is about awareness. Each ache, tightness, or imbalance carries information about how we move through the world, and why.
At the studio, my goal is to help my clients develop a stronger mind–body connection so they can be more aware of what, and how, their bodies are communicating. Rather than pushing through discomfort, we learn to interpret it together. Through mindful joint mobility work and thoughtful muscular engagement, I share with my clients the tools they need to identify and manage their own patterns of tension and restriction when they are away from the studio.
Empathy sits at the center of my work as I appreciate that every body is different, every story is unique, and every session begins with listening. I strive to create a supportive space where clients feel safe exploring their movement, rebuilding trust with their bodies, and discovering sustainable solutions for joint health and muscular mobility. I commit to working with each of my clients to cultivate mind-body awareness, restore ease of movement, and build a collaborative path toward long-term holistic health, as our overall well-being starts with our minds.
