Hi, I'm Kim and I am excited to join the Stretchlab Team! I believe that caring for ourselves, Body, Soul, and Spirit, is essential for a fulfilling life of purpose. I am returning to the Health and Fitness Industry after spending several years focusing on my family and home educating my children. I have a B.S. Degree in Exercise Science from East Carolina University. I am also a native of North Carolina. I began my career in Corporate Fitness and Health Promotion in Washington D.C. working with federal government employees. I later moved from there to The Toyota Corporate Headquarters in Torrance, CA. After working with Toyota for a season I moved on to having my own fitness business as a personal trainer in Los Angeles. I eventually was trained in Pilates and worked in Pilates studios in the L.A. area as well as in a Physical Therapy practice teaching Pilates to patients at the end of their time in therapy. I am excited to be back in the fitness industry and I look forward to helping people feel their best.

      Flexologist
My name is Lana Ali and I was born in Erbil, Iraq, where I was diagnosed with type 1 Diabetes at the age of two. For my wellbeing, my family decided to immigrant to the US in search of a better life. I grew up in Nashville, Tennessee where I found a passion for basketball and was an athlete for most of my life. After high school, I decided to focus more on my career in medicine and stopped playing basketball professionally. I enjoy working out and playing pick up basketball. I am currently studying biology and chemistry at Belmont University and intend to go to medical school after I receive a Bachelors Degree to become an endocrinologist. My desire is to help other kids who are going through the experiences that I recall as a child with diabetes to demonstrate that they can still be happy and healthy with a chronic condition like diabetes. I would like to show others that they are stronger than they perceive themselves to be, all they need is a slight push.
