A big passion Hope has is helping people find painless movement in day to day life, and gaining phenomenal body awareness. The thing that drew Hope to Stretch Lab was the capability to work consistently with clients, building and individualized program to help them achieve goals. She is most excited about a tool we use here called “PNF”, it’s an amazing process she can’t wait to share with you. When not in a studio facilitating some form of stretching, you can find Hope outside hiking, paddle boarding, spending time with her dog, or in the kitchen, food is her love language. She looks forward to her journey here at Stretch Lab.
      Shalee
      Shalee
      Flexologist
Shalee started her journey into Yoga 20 years ago. She found Yoga to be a great cross training when she was running Marathons. She’s ran 6 Full Marathons in 3 different States and more 1/2 Marathons than one can keep track of. The more she ran, the more she leaned into Yoga for longevity of a healthy body and her joints. It didn’t take long for running to fade away and yoga to be a full-time passion. She became certified with her first 200hrs in 2013. Her hunger for knowledge and more growth led her quickly to a 300 hour training course where she received her 500hr RYT. Her passion and enthusiasm are felt in her classes. Over the course of the next couple of years, she has traveled to San Diego where she received her certification in Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga, (SUP Yoga for short) studied a 100 hr. Meditation course, mastered Art of Assisting, trained in AcroYoga and many more. Her current status is a 500+ E-RYT. You earn in the “E” when you’ve been practicing and teaching under that status for two years. Shalee has also created and lead amazing workshops, as well as being a Yoga and Wellness retreat coordinator, facilitator and leader internationally. With a deep passion to invite her clients beyond Yoga & Wellness and into adventures to some of the most peaceful and beautiful places around the world, feeding her own desire for travel while bringing people along to enjoy some of the most incredible Yoga Retreats. Shalee lives the life of movement and breath. She can’t wait to connect with her current and new commUNITY.
