      Rawan
      Stretch Therapist
      Rawan was born in Fort Worth and has spent her entire life in Arlington. She is a graduate of Seguin High School, where she played competitive soccer for three years. During her time as a student-athlete and through her health classes, Rawan discovered her passion for Sports Medicine and Kinesiology. She gained hands-on experience as a member of the Student Athletic Trainer programs for two years. Currently, Rawan is completing her undergraduate studies in Exercise Science at the University of Texas at Arlington and plans to continue her education there through UTA’s Master of Science in Athletic Training program, with the goal of becoming a certified Athletic Trainer. She is thrilled to join the team at StretchLab Arlington, where she looks forward to making a positive impact and helping others recognize the vital role proper stretching plays in overall health and wellness. In her free time, Rawan enjoys cooking, working out at the gym, fishing, and exploring new places and activities.

      Lead Flexologist
      Chelsie brings a dynamic blend of clinical expertise and movement science to help clients achieve optimal flexibility, mobility, and overall well-being. She holds a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Parker University and a Bachelor's in Anatomy from Penn State, and is currently advancing her education with a Master’s in Pediatric Musculoskeletal Health & Performance. With a deep understanding of the human body and a passion for helping others move better, Chelsie specializes in customized stretch programs that support athletic performance, recovery, and injury prevention. Whether working with youth athletes or busy professionals, she creates a safe and empowering environment for everybody to thrive. In her free time, she enjoys taking her dogs on adventures, swimming, and reading.

      Stretch Therapist
      Taylor holds a strong clinical background specializing in performance science. She earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Parker University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from New Mexico State University. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Strength and Human Performance, further deepening her knowledge of movement optimization and athletic development. With a strong foundation in biomechanics, injury prevention, and functional mobility, Taylor is passionate about helping clients move better, feel better, and live more active, pain-free lives.

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
