StretchLab Group Stretches: All of our small format group stretches are led by one of our trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches specifically designed for improved range of motion and greater flexibility. We offer two unique of group stretches utilizing a range of static stretches and stretch tools. Every stretch can be customized to the level of intensity that is most appropriate for your range of motion. Our Flexologists will teach you how to perform the stretch and ensure you are using proper form.

Group Stretches

Fit Flex

A fun and engaging group stretch focused on increasing your range of motion and overall flexibility. Our Flexologist will assist and guide you through a series of seated and standing stretches as well as work with stretching tools like yoga straps and foam rollers. No experience or high level of flexibility needed! Active Seniors – Social Golfers and Tennis Players – Anyone looking to kick-start their flexibility journey.

Power Stretch

Our more advanced group stretch - ideal for those with a higher level of flexibility and fitness enthusiasts looking for performance recovery and deep stretching. Our Flexologist will guide you through static, dynamic and PNF stretching as well as foam roller, trigger point ball and other stretch tool work.

This group stretch is ideal for those who would like to learn more about flexibility training, stretch tool use and recovery from other fitness activities.

Weekend Warriors (runners, cyclists, triathletes) – Yoga and Pilates Students – Office workers.
