I grew up in New York City in a family of artists who encouraged my long love affair with dance, culminating in studying Dance at Dickinson College as a part of the class of 2013. I uncovered my passion for health, wellness, and fitness during this time, and received my yoga certification in the summer of 2014. This sent me on a party to delve deeper into fitness eventually leading me to work full time as a Studio Manager, yoga teacher, and personal trainer beginning in 2015. I pursued my beginner mat Pilates certification in March and am excited to add this (and hopefully build on it in the future) to my repertoire. I moved to LA at the end of May with my boyfriend and feel that StretchLab is the perfect place for me to round out my fitness and wellness offerings in order to work with people of all physical histories.
What 3 words best describe you?
Small but mighty
If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?
I would be less hard on myself, and more open to letting things go. I really struggle with being a perfectionist and it can be to my own detriment. That’s what led me to yoga!
What is the most beautiful place you have ever been?
Formentera, Spain this summer with my boyfriend – hands down!
What is the best piece of advice you have received?
You have to love yourself before you can truly love others.
