      Lead Flexologist
      As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS-NSCA) with a Master of Science in Kinesiology, Jasper is a practitioner and researcher. Beyond the kinesiology experiences, having lived and worked in multiple countries and industries gives Jasper a unique appreciation of how cultural, occupational, and personal variables may influence an individual’s perception of fitness and wellness.

      Megan is completing her BA in psychology at the University of Manitoba and aspires to attend medical school. She grew up playing various sports (e.g., hockey, and softball), which helped develop her love for fitness and injury prevention. With this passion, Megan has worked as a personal trainer and a cardiology researcher for the past three years. She also has experience assisting in the recovery and rehabilitation of patients with conditions such as dementia and Parkinson’s. In the spare time, traveling is her favourite thing to do.

      Autumn is a graduate from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor’s of Kinesiology and minor in Indigenous Studies. She is currently completing her second degree in the Faculty of Education as part of the senior years stream. Autumn strongly believes that movement is medicine and hopes to have a long fulfilling career has a physical education teacher. Autumn is a current member of the Bisons Women’s Basketball team. Here she has has had the opportunity to travel and play basketball across the country; two things that she loves doing. On top of being an athlete Autumn spends her time with her animals, her family, being outdoors, and making art. Autumn is excited for this adventure with the StretchLab team and cannot wait to welcome and work with the many different people that walk through our doors.

      Julia is a graduate from the University of Manitoba with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Aging. She wants to make sure you get the most out of your stretch; always checking in and ensuring you are comfortable. Julia is known as a Mac and Cheese Enthusiast and master of making pizza dough (with her signature being a mac and cheese pizza). In her free time, you can find Julia baking, at the gym, playing games, and cuddling with her dog on the couch.

      Kristie Sidwall is a daily movement devotee. She trained professionally in modern dance with the School of Contemporary Dancers and has her BA from the University of Winnipeg with a major in dance. She is a certified Progression Ballet Technique instructor and Expression Movement Facilitator. Kristie is currently the Artistic Director and one of the founders of Genesis School of Dance. She is also the Founder and Director of Surfacing, a pre-professional dance & theology program of GSOD. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering at Concordia Place by contributing to the care of her patients. She also keeps herself healthy by going to the gym, stretching, walking her dog, dancing with Prairie Dancers and loving her family and friends. Kristie is passionate about helping people meet their highest personal potential. Promoting health and wellness in every area of life. She is thrilled to be a part of the Stretchlab Team! She can not wait to meet you and to help you reach your goals!

      Debbie graduated from the University of Manitoba with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Athletic Therapy. She has worked with the university's Bison's women's hockey team and CPL Valour FC. Besides the field world, Debbie also worked in clinics with athletes from different sports backgrounds. In her spare time, Debbie loves baking and crocheting different things. Debbie looks forward to helping guide people in their wellness journey and navigating through their injuries!

      Oscar graduated from the University of Winnipeg with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Athletic Therapy. Oscar has worked in many clinics, providing athletic therapy care and tailoring treatment to clients' needs. While as a student, Oscar worked with the University of Winnipeg's Wesmen Men's Basketball team, High school Football, and Junior hockey. His goal is to educate and provide care to improve clients' well-being. Also, he loves talking about soccer, MMA, and travel.

      Nicole is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance (E-RYT 200, RYT 500, YACEP). She has been teaching yoga for almost a decade and is deeply interested in helping others with their healing journey. Nicole is thrilled to become a Flexologist with StretchLab. The 1-on-1 assisted stretching sessions allow Nicole to apply her extensive experience to hands-on practice. Besides the wellness journey, Nicole has a Master's degree in English Literature/Critical Theory and enjoys reading, researching, and discussing poetry. Her favorite self-care activities include dog walks, movement, meditation, breathwork, adventure, and cleansing practices.

      Kaitlyn, born and raised in Winnipeg, is a graduate of Northwestern Oklahoma State university. She received a soccer scholarship to continue her soccer career while also earning a degree in health and sports science. Through her soccer career, she has dealt with previous aches and pains and now she can relay that knowledge by helping others. She is motivated to help others move their bodies freely and achieve a more comfortable lifestyle. Kaitlyn loves working out and spending time with family and friends.

      Derik, born and raised in the small town of Notre Dame de Lourdes, Manitoba, grew up on a small family farm. Like many, Derik grew up playing hockey. Unfortunately, he had to leave the sport due to injury, but the passion for sports led him to pursue competitive bodybuilding. As a strength coach specializing in bodybuilding, Derik is an expert in building mind-muscle connections. His enthusiasm for fitness and wellness will help others reach their utmost potential.

      Originally from Chile, Mauricio graduated from the University of Manitoba with a major in kinesiology and a minor in biological sciences. For the last two years, Mauricio has been working with people living with cognitive and physical developmental disabilities and nervous system disorders like cerebral palsy, autism, and sclerosis. He has also participated in research analyzing the long-term Cardiorespiratory effects of Long-haul COVID-19, focusing on how the physiological systems interact during and after exercising. Mauricio likes to watch movies, read books, and hit the gym. He is a big fan of combat sports and never misses any UFC events.

      Raija is currently finishing her studies at the University of Winnipeg in Kinesiology and Athletic Therapy. She has experience working with basketball, hockey, and football teams. She loves to play soccer and spend time with friends during her free time. She has dealt with many sports injuries and loves to educate others on injury prevention. Raija aims to help others feel their best and promote wellness and longevity.

      Salil graduated from the University of Winnipeg with a bachelor’s in physical and health education. Salil has worked as a fitness trainer for over 5 years working with a wide demographic of people ranging from early teens to seniors while staying updated on the recent biomechanics and physiology research. Growing up Salil did gymnastics, that's why he is eager to help others reach their mobility goals. In his spare time, Salil loves working out.

      Born and raised in Calgary, Daniel immersed himself outdoors and competed in sports like badminton, volleyball, track & field, and more recently, WDBF dodgeball. Daniel has made a successful career in health and wellness over the last 12 years. With a Bachelor's degree in health and physical education, he is also a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist with the NSCA, specializing in mobility, functional training, and exercise physiology. Daniel believes that movement is medicine and aims to help others reach their potential by supporting their lifestyles while moving pain-free.

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
