I can imagine that life can be quite hectic and stressful for most. As someone who has dedicated over 10 years to the fitness industry as a certified personal trainer I understand how important it is to take care of your physical and mental health. I was certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and have a B.S. in Sports and Health Science. Additionally, I'm an NASM certified Stretching and Flexibility Coach. I know firsthand how powerful exercise can be for your overall well-being. Stretching is often overlooked when it comes to fitness and health, but at StretchLab, we can create a specific program to address areas of tightness and restriction and improve overall mobility and flexibility. The long-term adaptations in flexibility and mobility our clients gain carry over into every aspect of their physical and psychological lives, which is truly rewarding. When I'm not at work, I enjoy watching movies, Netflix series, and getting out in the sun. Spending quality time with my wife and daughter is something I love to do. I hope that through my work, I can help others experience the positive physiological and psychological benefits of exercise and lead a happier, healthier life.

As someone who tore their ACL playing football in high school, I was inspired by physical therapy methods which led to my background in personal training and current study of kinesthetics inspired by my weight loss journey. During my downtime, I enjoy playing guitar, relaxing outdoors, and hiking, but when I train, I enjoy the A/C and work hard doing HIIT workouts and weight training. StretchLab is great because it's easy to be passionate about a place that is equally passionate about keeping you moving and loving the things you do on a daily basis.

I have been a personal trainer for 20 years and am looking to go to school to be a chiropractor. I specialize in trigger point myofascial release. In my free time, I enjoy live music, traveling, going to the beach, and working out. I love StretchLab because it actually helps people move better and when you move better, you feel better!

I earned my Associate’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science from Santa Fe College. I previously worked at a physical therapy clinic for 2.5 years, where I gained valuable knowledge in proper form and movement execution. I am continuing my education at UCF with the goal of earning my bachelor’s degree in Physiology and Kinesiology. After completing my bachelor’s degree, I plan to pursue a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Outside of work, I enjoy strength training, paddleboarding, practicing freediving, and trying new physical activities. StretchLab allows me to work one-on-one with clients, giving us the time and space to create a personalized progression plan that works best for your body.

I have a unique background that bridges emergency medicine, mindfulness, and personalized body care. With over a decade of experience in high-pressure healthcare environments and teaching yoga, I have dedicated the past several years to helping people achieve greater physical freedom and quality of life through intentional movements. I love working at StretchLab because it allows me to help people move more freely within their bodies.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in December 2025 and have built a strong foundation in human movement and performance. I am a certified personal trainer and a dedicated basketball skills trainer, working with athletes at all levels from beginners to professionals to enhance their performance, technique, and overall skills development. Currently, I work as a Physical Therapist Technician, gaining hands-on clinical experience and deepening my understanding of rehabilitation and patient care. I am committed to advancing my expertise in the field and plan to pursue a Doctorate in Physical Therapy by the end of the year, with the goal of making a lasting impact in both athletic performance and rehabilitative care. In my free time, I enjoy lifting weights about six days a week and playing basketball. I’ve played basketball my entire life and have been fortunate enough to compete at the collegiate level. I also value spending time with my family, as they are very important to me. What I love most about StretchLab is the attention to detail during each stretch, which allows me to better understand each client and help them achieve lasting, lifelong results.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer through ISSA and received my BS in Biology from UCF. I was born and raised in Ashland, Massachusetts. My passion for wellness started in 2009 when I started regularly exercising and began my journey to body mindfulness through high school sports such as wrestling, cross country, golf, and skiing. When I'm not in the studio, you can regularly find me wakeboarding, mountain biking, scuba diving, and going on nature walks at Orlando Wetlands Park whenever possible.

As a Performance Coach, Flexologist, and professional dancer, I’m passionate about helping people move better, recover smarter, and feel more confident in their bodies. My background in movement, mobility, injury prevention, and performance has shown me that every body is different, which is why I love creating a personalized stretch experience for each member. Whether you’re an athlete, a busy professional, or simply looking to improve the way you move, my goal is to help you increase mobility, reduce tension, and get back to doing what you love. Outside of StretchLab, you’ll find me dancing, strength training, exploring the outdoors, or continuing to learn more about human performance and recovery. What I love most about StretchLab is building relationships with our members and helping them move with greater freedom, confidence, and quality of life.
