Being active and coaching is my passion! I played every sport growing up and spent 2 years playing hockey and softball at a JR College in MN, and then another 3 years playing hockey at the University of Manitoba while I earned my Bachelor of Kinesiology Degree. During all my years of competition I sustained numerous injuries and quickly realized how important stretching and being in tune with your body is! I love helping people realize what they are capable of, it is never too late to learn something new! In my free time I coach and play hockey in the winter and in the summer if I’m not at the rink you can find me walking my Bernese Mountain Puppy, Taco, at the ball diamonds or on the golf course!

"Growing up, I didn’t participate in any physical activity or even know the benefits until I moved to Canada couple years ago and that peaked my interest in Kinesiology. Through the course of the completion of my degree, I have done some strength training and seen the immense benefits of being physically active. However, I had to learn the benefits of stretching the hard way when I started coming down with a lot of body aches. My passion is to help every other person out there, to make activities of daily living easier and work hand in hand with you towards achieving your mobility goals."
