      Payton is originally from Burbank, California. She graduated from San Francisco State University where she earned her BS in Kinesiology. While at SF State she was team captain of the women’s volleyball team where she found a passion for helping people and keeping them moving. With her background in sports and physical therapy she will help you feel good in your body with the power of stretching and to get you moving like you’ve never felt before.

      Sylvie is originally from Pleasant Hill and graduated from the University of Hawaii with a BS in Kinesiology and Rehabilitation sciences. She has previous experience working in Physical Therapy settings with a variety of ages and injuries. Her goal is to help others achieve a higher quality of movement through active mobilization and deep stretching. In her free time, she enjoys staying active outdoors and traveling during the weekends.

      Jay is originally from CA, his studies include kinesiology and theology, his background includes group training, personal trainings, wrestling, BJJ, boxing, muay thai, mindfulness and more. He entered the field of flexology because he realized the countless benefits stretching has for the human anatomy.

      Sabina is a Registered Yoga Teacher bringing Hatha and Vinyasa yoga to her clients. Her teaching focuses on breathwork, alignment, and slowing down to find more mind/body connection. She’s currently working towards her Master's in Nutrition and is a Reiki Energy Healer. In her spare time you will find her outdoors on a hiking trail or in the ocean. Sabina is looking forward to helping you find flexibility and quality of movement in your body.

      Jessica is from the bay area and has a B.S. in Kinesiology from San Francisco State University. She grew up active, playing soccer and swimming from a young age, and currently stays active through hiking and working out at the gym. Her background as a physical therapy aide has provided her with more knowledge of body mechanics that she is ready to utilize at StretchLab to help clients reach their goals.

      Brynn is originally from Los Angeles, and moved to San Francisco in 2018. She graduated from the University of San Francisco with a B.S. in Kinesiology and a minor in Health Studies. She’s an avid rock climber and is on her way to become a certified yoga teacher! Fitness and wellness have always been passions of hers, as she grew up playing multiple sports all through high school, and helped coordinate wellness workshops in college. She uses her knowledge from working as a physical therapy aide to help others at StretchLab increase their strength and mobility, improving their quality of life. In her free time, you can find her at the climbing gym, practicing yoga, cooking a new recipe, or bringing her camera on her next adventure!

      Eve is originally from Boise, Idaho. She graduated from the University of San Francisco with a B.S in Kinesiology and a minor in health studies, and is also a certified personal trainer. She grew up nordic skiing and running, and ran cross country and track in college. She is passionate about helping you improve your flexibility and mobility for overall fitness, wellness, and athletic performance.

      Taryn is a certified Flexologist and certified Yoga instructor known for her passion, unique approach, and inspirational instructing style. In addition to Yoga she has taught fitness, weight training, and aerobics. Taryn studied dance in college and has always had a passion for stretching. She is excited to be a part of the Union Street StretchLab where she can bring her knowledge and passion to life through the art of stretching. She likes to encourage breathing and relaxation to help foster balance, strength, and overall good health practices. She looks forward to seeing you on the bench!

      Ellie is originally from Hawai’i, but has been living in San Francisco for the past 5 years. She earned her B.S. in Kinesiology with a Gerontology minor at the University of San Francisco. Health and fitness has always been a big part of Ellie’s life from dancing ballet and playing soccer. Ellie is currently working towards pursuing a Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy. In her free time she likes to watch various professional sports like baseball and football, take long walks in the park, and find new places to eat.

      Anthony is originally from Santa Barbara, California. He moved up to Northern California to finish his degree in Exercise Science at Sacramento State University. He has a sports background in football and baseball, and he currently likes to weightlift. He is a strong believer in using bodywork and stretching to increase one's performance. In his free time, he likes to hike, try new restaurants, and go for long walks in Golden Gate Park.

      Valerie is originally from San Jose and is about to graduate with a kinesiology degree. She loves to crochet, go to the gym, and play badminton. She enjoys building relationships with clients and helping them improve their overall quality of life. In her free time, you will find Valerie at the gym or hiking around San Francisco!

      Orianna joined StretchLab as a certified yoga teacher and barre instructor with a background in mindfulness. Dancing for most of her life and graduating with degrees in biomedical engineering, psychology and kinesiology, she has a strong understanding of the mind-body connection. She is passionate about bringing this knowledge into her work in fitness and stretching to help people experience the mental and physical benefits of relaxation, deep breathing and awareness.

      Chasity is originally from O'ahu, Hawaii and moved to San Francisco in 2021. She is a graduate of the University of San Francisco with a B.S. in Kinesiology and minor in health studies. She grew up wrestling and likes to stay active by going on hikes and bodyboarding at the beach. Chasity is passionate about empowering individuals of all ages and abilities to improve their range of motion, prevent injury, and enhance their overall quality of life.

      Abby is originally from San Bernardino and in San Francisco finishing her Kinesiology studies. She spent many years practicing taekwondo and wanted to pursue a career path that would allow her to remain active and work with people trying to achieve their fitness and wellness goals.
