    Sabina is a Registered Yoga Teacher bringing Hatha and Vinyasa yoga to her clients. Her teaching focuses on breathwork, alignment, and slowing down to find more mind/body connection. She’s currently working towards her Master's in Nutrition and is a Reiki Energy Healer. In her spare time you will find her outdoors on a hiking trail or in the ocean. Sabina is looking forward to helping you find flexibility and quality of movement in your body.

Dancing for most of her life and graduating with degrees in biomedical engineering, psychology and kinesiology, she has a strong understanding of the mind-body connection. She is passionate about bringing this knowledge into her work in fitness and stretching to help people experience the mental and physical benefits of relaxation, deep breathing and awareness.

    Chasity is originally from O'ahu, Hawaii and moved to San Francisco in 2021. She is a graduate of the University of San Francisco with a B.S. in Kinesiology and minor in health studies. She grew up wrestling and likes to stay active by going on hikes and bodyboarding at the beach. Chasity is passionate about empowering individuals of all ages and abilities to improve their range of motion, prevent injury, and enhance their overall quality of life.

    Originally from San Diego, Camille moved to the Bay Area to earn her B.S in Kinesiology at San Francisco State University. She is now pursuing a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology. In her free time, she enjoys hiking in the Presidio and spending time at one of the many museums in the city. Incorporating her background in athletics and movement sciences, Camille strives to develop a foundation to prevent injury and increase flexibility in order to improve all aspects of her clients' lives.

    As a soccer player and soccer coach, Melody understands the importance of flexibility, injury prevention, and rehabilitation in maintaining peak performance. With a BS in Kinesiology from the University of San Francisco and experience coaching competitive travel soccer, Melody brings a comprehensive, athlete-centered approach to injury prevention. Melody can design personalized stretching and mobility routines that cater to the unique needs of athletes and active individuals, helping them reduce the risk of injury while enhancing their overall movement and performance.

    Emily is originally from Olympia, Washington. She moved to the Bay Area in 2019 to earn her B.S in Kinesiology at the University of San Francisco. Following her studies, she attained her personal training certification. In her free time, Emily enjoys running the hills of the city and the Marin Headlands. She is currently pursuing more education within the field of psychology to better understand the mind-body relationship. Emily is passionate about educating others about how their body moves and functions as a whole.

    Justin has a BS in Kinesiology: Athletic Training option from Cal State Hayward now known as Cal State East Bay. Justin has been in bodywork for a number of years, focusing on one on one assisted stretching and deep tissue massage, which he still performs. Justin takes pride in decreasing pain, relieving injuries, and getting clients back to their athletic pursuits.

    Flexologist/Studio Manager

    Anjani is originally from Mumbai, India, and moved to San Francisco in 2021 to study at the University of San Francisco. She graduated in May 2025 with a B.S. in Kinesiology and a minor in Gerontology & Health Studies, and plans to continue on to physical therapy school soon after. In her previous role as a PT aide, Anjani built a strong foundation in patient care, blending academic training with hands-on experience shadowing clinicians and volunteering across diverse healthcare settings. She brings a compassionate, holistic approach to every assisted stretch, helping clients discover their own flexibility and strength. Outside of work, Anjani loves exploring new food spots around the city, passionately supports animal welfare, and enjoys spending time by the ocean. Above all, she believes in helping others feel confident and empowered in their bodies.

    Originally from Sacramento, Andrew earned his B.S. in Exercise Science and Sacramento State. He is now pursuing a Master’s of Science in Exercise Physiology at San Francisco State University. With a background in football and soccer, Andrew understands the importance stretching and mobility has on athletic performance. In his free time Andrew enjoys skiing, running, hiking, and rock climbing.

    Zeya is a San Francisco native who earned her B.S. in Psychology from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon. She’s currently pursuing a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. With a strong foundation in mental health, she values the deep connection between mind and body. Her interest in physical therapy began after a major ACL injury ended her competitive soccer career, introducing her to the world of rehabilitation. Zeya has a passion for nutrition and enjoys cooking healthy, delicious meals. She also loves yoga, hiking Bay Area trails, and tending to her plants. She’s excited to support clients in improving their mobility and strength while deepening their connection to their bodies.

    Pannaga is a Kinesiology student at the University of San Francisco with a strong passion for helping clients achieve their fitness goals. She is dedicated to promoting mindful movement and stability through guided stretching and functional practices. Beyond her work, Pannaga is eager to explore the intersection of neuroscience and physical therapy, with the goal of deepening her knowledge while continuing to support and inspire those around her. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the city with family and friends.

    Cate is currently working towards her B.S. in Kinesiology at the University of San Francisco with minors in Chemistry and Neuroscience . She is originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, and has a background in dance and competitive swimming, and is looking to pursue a career in Physical Therapy after graduation. She has experience teaching swim lessons and dance classes, shadowing at PT clinics, and is passionate about movement as medicine. In her free time, she enjoys rock climbing, crocheting, and exploring the city.

    Kaitlyn was raised in the Bay Area and earned her B.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise and Movement Sciences from San Francisco State University. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at UCSF/SFSU. She grew up as a competitive dancer in styles such as ballet, Tahitian, and hip hop. To stay active, she enjoys weightlifting, hiking, and dancing.

    Ellena was born and raised an hour outside of San Francisco. She grew up in sports, such as water polo and swimming. Later Ellena decided to pursue her passion of physical health and wellness by getting a B.S. in Kinesiology. Currently, Ellena is attending San Francisco State University getting her Masters in Kinesiology. In her free time, Ellena still swims and enjoys walks around the city.
