      Flexologist
Hey, I’m Alex! I hold a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and bring over 7 years of personal training experience to StretchLab. As a former collegiate basketball player and East Texas Golden Gloves champion, I combine athletic expertise with a strong understanding of mobility, body mechanics, and performance. Outside of the studio, I’m also a working actor, which adds a creative and engaging element to how I connect with clients. Whether you’re new to stretching or an experienced athlete, my goal is to create a comfortable, motivating space where you can notice improvement after every session.

      Carol S.
      Lead Flexologist
Hi, my name is Carol. I graduated from Tyler Junior College with my A.S. and went on to earn my B.S. from Texas Woman’s University. I’ve been with StretchLab for four years now, and I still love learning new techniques to help my clients feel their best and reach their goals. I started out at StretchLab Colleyville and later moved to Tyler, where I’m now the Lead Flexologist. Helping people move better and live more comfortably is something I’m truly passionate about. When I’m not at the studio, you’ll usually find me hanging out with my dog or off exploring new places—I love to travel and discover new things wherever I go.

      Flexologist
Hello, I’m John! I graduated from TJC with an Associate's degree in Human Performance, and my passion for movement and wellness has led me to explore several paths—from personal training and group fitness to corrective exercise and sports massage therapy. I’m currently studying holistic health practices and have dabbled in martial arts, which has really helped me connect the mind and body in new ways. When I found StretchLab, I knew it was the perfect fit. It’s a unique approach to health and wellness that lets me help people feel better, move better, and live more freely. I love being part of someone’s journey to feeling their best—especially in a way that’s different from what they may be used to.
