Jeremy's passion for sports stems from his background in baseball and golf, and he enjoys spending his off days at the ballpark or on the course. At StretchLab, Jeremy finds fulfillment in providing hands-on assistance to help others achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

      Adam is a dedicated flexologist with over 20 years of experience in the golf industry, where he understands the importance of flexibility for longevity. At 44 years old, he is passionate about playing golf, basketball, and coaching youth sports for as long as possible. StretchLab has played a vital role in his ability to exercise daily, maintain good health, and stay in great shape, and he is eager to bring these benefits to members at StretchLab Twelve Bridges. With a love for sports and a desire to help others perform at their best, Adam enjoys working with kids and beginners in golf. His personal experience with the decline of a loved one due to the pandemic has fueled his commitment to sharing the benefits of StretchLab and helping people in the Twelve Bridges community "LiveLong." Adam is grateful to be part of the StretchLab family and excited to make a positive impact on as many people as possible.

Beyond her work, Anna finds joy in various hobbies, including working out, playing golf, hiking, and exploring new places, all while cherishing quality moments with her family. StretchLab holds a special place in her heart, as it perfectly aligns with her passion for making a positive impact on others' lives. The genuine fulfillment she experiences while assisting valued members in their progress drives her dedication to the role. Apart from working at StretchLab, Alex has a passion for baking and a significant interest in sports, particularly soccer and basketball, becoming a big Kings fan over the years. Alex holds a B.S. in Biology pre-health and is currently attending a post-bacc program to prepare for medical school.

      Meet Truly, one of our dedicated Flexologists at StretchLab Twelve Bridges! Truly comes to us with a strong background in Exercise Science, holding a B.S. from Sacramento State and an M.S. in Sports Science and Analytics from Linfield University. Her collegiate dance background fueled her passion for human rehabilitation and recovery, which she has pursued through extensive research and practical experience. Truly has presented her sport science research at prestigious conferences like The American College of Sports Medicine and the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She also interned at Duke University, where she worked closely with athletes, monitoring their progress and providing valuable insights to sports practitioners. Truly is committed to helping our members feel their best every day. She believes that improving mobility is key to enhancing overall well-being and quality of life. Whether you're looking to boost your performance or simply move with more ease, Truly is here to support you on your journey. When she's not at StretchLab, Truly enjoys staying active with workouts, playing pickleball, and spending time outdoors. She also loves getting creative with crafting projects like Cricut designs, crocheting, and glass etching.       Ryan graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in Kinesiology, focusing on Physical Therapy. His experience as a Physical Therapy Aide ignited a passion for helping people recover and achieve their health goals, which naturally led him to StretchLab, where he could take a more hands-on approach to client care. An avid outdoor enthusiast, Ryan founded the Hiking Club at SDSU and has a background in competitive cross country, track, and marathon training. When he's not helping clients at StretchLab, you can find him rock climbing, swimming, playing pickleball, or exploring the great outdoors. Ryan chose StretchLab because of the welcoming community and the strong connections he builds with clients. He approaches each session with excitement, knowing he’s making a difference in people’s lives by helping them regain mobility and stay active. His goal is to ensure that every client feels supported, motivated, and on track to achieve their personal health and fitness goals.

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
