Truly comes to us with a strong background in Exercise Science, holding a B.S. from Sacramento State and an M.S. in Sports Science and Analytics from Linfield University. Her collegiate dance background fueled her passion for human rehabilitation and recovery, which she has pursued through extensive research and practical experience. Truly has presented her sport science research at prestigious conferences like The American College of Sports Medicine and the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She also interned at Duke University, where she worked closely with athletes, monitoring their progress and providing valuable insights to sports practitioners. Truly is committed to helping our members feel their best every day. She believes that improving mobility is key to enhancing overall well-being and quality of life. Truly is also passionate about continuing her professional journey by pursuing a career in physical therapy, where she hopes to deepen her impact on recovery and performance.     Michael Sison is a Certified Massage Practitioner trained at the California Holistic Institute, specializing in deep tissue stretch therapy, reflexology, acupressure, and Swedish massage. His journey in bodywork began with a passion for helping people move better, which led him to pursue a degree in Kinesiology at Sacramento State University as he works toward a career in physical therapy. Michael has experience as an introductory strength coach in Paso Robles and spent two years as a Physical Therapy Aide at Cambria Physical Therapy, where he gained hands-on knowledge in strength training, rehabilitation, and functional movement. What motivates him most is seeing people leave a session feeling better than when they walked in—more mobile, less tense, and confident in their body’s ability to perform. Outside of StretchLab, Michael enjoys strength training, powerlifting, and performing as a guitarist in a local metalcore band. He also explores creative outlets such as digital art, hiking, and coffee shop adventures. For Michael, StretchLab is a special place to blend his education, professional training, and passion for wellness into one mission: helping others achieve their goals while building meaningful connections.

She loves paddle boarding and boating, spending time outdoors, and traveling to new places. In addition to his work in assisted stretching and mobility training, he is also an aspiring Physician Assistant pursuing a future in healthcare after graduation. Outside the studio, he enjoys staying active and spending time around sports. He is a passionate fan of the San Francisco Giants and Notre Dame Fighting Irish football. In his free time, he can often be found watching sports, playing golf, working out, spending time with friends, or grilling. What he values most about StretchLab is the opportunity to help clients improve flexibility, support recovery, and better understand their bodies. One of the most rewarding aspects of his role is seeing clients progress from their very first stretch session to months later when they are moving better, feeling stronger, and experiencing less discomfort.     Prab is a pre-med student with aspirations of attending medical school, and his role as a Flexologist felt like the perfect way to connect his academic path with his passion for health and wellness. What motivates him most is seeing the progress members make—not just physically, but mentally as well. He enjoys being part of their journey and watching how stretching and wellness practices can empower them to grow and reach their goals. Outside of the studio, Prab stays active by playing basketball, one of his favorite ways to unwind and recharge. He also enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, whether that’s hanging out or exploring new foods. As a big NBA fan, he never misses a chance to watch a good game. About Twelve Bridges

StretchLab is revolutionizing one-on-one assisted stretching and flexibility training. In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs.
