Using my extensive experience as a Yoga Teacher, Thai Massage Practitioner, Intuitive Energy Healing/Reiki Practitioner, Sound Meditation Guide, Holistic Nutritionist, I promote optimizing mental, emotional & physical wellbeing. Recently, I've completed my Pilates Mat Certification & I plan to certify as a Personal Trainer.
