      After she decided to start her weight loss journey and lost 125 lbs, her transformation led her to become a personal trainer, DNA based nutritionist, and corrective exercise specialist. Shortly after she started as a flexologist here at StretchLab, with her gained knowledge she was about to repair her left rotator cuff without surgery, she found relief from her sciatic nerve damage, and healed the tear in her patella. Yet, experiences a pain-free life after learning how vital stretching is for the body. She looks forward to assisting you in a pain-free life!

      Samuel became a Flexologist because he wanted to explore more areas in the health profession. Coming from an athletic background, he chose Stretch Lab because he finds daily stretching important and wants others to benefit from it. A quote that motivates Samuel is, "Pain is inevitable, but temporary. Grow stronger from the pain, don't let it destroy you."

      Tessa is a dedicated advocate for health and wellness. In addition to having a degree in kinesiology, Tessa is a certified yoga instructor and has a background in collegiate lacrosse and cheerleading! Currently Tessa is in massage therapy school to pursue a further education in health and wellness. Whether she's on the field, in the studio, or working with clients, she brings a collaborative approach and a passion for holistic mind-body wellness. As a Flexologist, she hopes to make meaningful connections with her clients. She is looking forward to partnering with you on your journey towards a healthier, happier life!

      Zach was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. He grew up playing many sports and went on to play basketball at Olympic College in Bremerton Washington. Zach’s interest in sports and fitness led him to become a youth basketball coach. Zach has been coaching for the past 10 years! Additionally, he has been a personal trainer for the last 5 years! Zach is looking forward to applying his knowledge and athletic background in a way that directly benefits clients.

      Jennifer has over 20 years of experience as a yoga instructor and massage therapist. She has devoted her life to studying, practicing, and teaching movement as a healing art to ease the mind and body. Jennifer has a passion for assisting people along their journeys to feel better. She believes in empowering individuals to understand their unique movement patterns and in finding solutions for any issues that are keeping them from attaining their goals. Jennifer is currently pursuing a certification in Tai massage. Her vast knowledge and extensive experience has her well equipped to benefit clients in many ways.

      As a passionate advocate for health and wellness, Echo has a diverse background in massage therapy and fitness instruction. Starting as a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2014, they spent over eight years honing their skills to create a healing environment for clients. After 2020, they transitioned into fitness instruction, driven by a belief in the healing power of movement for both the mind and body. Echo's approach combines mental, emotional and physical aspects of wellness. With a blend of energy, creativity, and empathy, they integrate massage therapy principles intro stretch routines, offering a holistic approach to health.

      Ben started his fitness journey shortly after moving back to Seattle from Alabama in 2022. Having a background in personal training as well as a passion for recreational running, Ben strongly believes in the power of healing through movement and exercise both physically and mentally. At StretchLab Ben hopes to encourage and inspire clients to stay moving so they can access their body's full potential, maintain healthy movement, and increase longevity to enjoy their years to come pain-free!

      Jase is a junior at the University of Washington. He is currently studying microbiology. He plans to begin applying to physical therapy schools. Jase has a background in orthopedic therapy as well as personal training. At StretchLab Jase's goal is to have clients feeling more confident after their sessions.

      With over five years of experience in movement based training, Rifka blends a deep understanding of mindful movement and a passion for injury prevention and recovery. Rifka began her wellness journey in yoga and has since been certified in multiple yoga styles. At StretchLab, Rifka brings a compassionate and client-centered approach to every session aiming to help you move better, feel better and live pain free. With her own personal testimony on how her wellness journey has transformed her physical health, Rifka’s interest lies in corrective exercise and working with clients dealing with long-time injuries and chronic pain and tightness.

      Chanelle recently graduated from Michigan State with a B.S. in Kinesiology, and she uses her knowledge of the human body to help clients improve their movement and wellness. She began her journey in exercise science as a patient after rehabilitating 2 ACL tears. Since then, she has worked as a technician at 2 different physical therapy clinics and will be starting PT school in 2026. Her physical therapy background helps her to aid clients in their rehabilitation and wellness journeys. She looks forward to applying her skills to help you improve your quality of life!

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      One on one session with a Flexologist

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
