      I'm a certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and a 500-hour registered Yoga Teacher. Additionally, I hold certifications in Functional Movement and Senior Fitness. Specializing in yoga for flexibility and balance, I live by Mohammad Ali's motto, "The only limitations one has are the ones they place on themselves." Outside of my fitness pursuits, I'm a former triathlete and long-distance runner.

Additionally, I possess a career diploma in Fitness & Nutrition, Sports Nutrition, and am Certified in Kickboxing Fitness. My specialties lie in sports performance, corrective exercise, functional development, and client program acceleration. My primary objective is to educate clients on the fundamentals of flexibility, exercise, and their underlying purposes, empowering them to apply these principles in real-world scenarios.

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
