      Michael is a graduate from the University of Scranton with his B.S. in Kinesiology. He has been passionate about fitness since his freshman year of high school, where he also began his competitive track and field journey all the way through college. Michael is highly interested in sports and research in human anatomy and movement. He has experience with coaching and developing training programs for people across various backgrounds. Michael believes that functional mobility is a gift that is often overlooked and emphasizes the importance of taking care of the body; for that reason, he is also pursuing a career in Physical Therapy.

      Veronika who is from Russia has worked in the field of physical medicine and rehabilitation, with vast hands-on experience and a client-oriented approach. As a former ballerina, she knows how paramount it is to stretch safely and correctly. She is passionate about the human body and enjoys helping people overcome tightness and improve their quality of life through movement.

      Jenny is a body-mind-spirit explorer and yoga teacher who has developed a deep appreciation for the role flexibility plays in one’s ability to maintain a wellness balance. Her long-time commitment to a wide variety of sports began with competitive springboard diving at a young age and has provided her with many opportunities to experience and understand body mechanics. When she’s not taking care of her family, she loves helping people recognize the brilliance of the human body and its adaptations in StretchLab’s highly collaborative, empowering environment.

      Sydney is a graduate from Wheaton College with a BA in neuroscience and psychology. She has been passionate about the mind body connection for over a decade and was first introduced to this concept as a young gymnast and competitive cheerleader, when she was intrigued with her muscle memory and flipping abilities. Sydney is keenly interested in the neurological connection of the body and brain, and the relation of fascia to neuroplasticity. As a certified yoga instructor, she believes that stretching and muscle growth are vital to wellness and mental acuity. She is always expanding her knowledge about all things related to holistic health and is a published researcher in the field of immunology. Sydney aims to help people activate their parasympathetic nervous systems more readily and tap into the regenerative nature of their bodies.

      Tom is a graduate from Stony Brook University with a Bachelor Degree in Health Science with a concentration in disability studies. His passion for health and wellness stems from his interest in enabling individuals to enjoy their lives and live up to their full potential. To immerse himself in the field, Tom has spent some time working with D1 trainers and physical therapists as well as working as a teaching assistant for Anatomy and Physiology courses. He is currently working towards his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. In his free time, he enjoys playing chess, basketball, and watching movies.
