    Cabe is a licensed Athletic Trainer with a background in sports medicine. He’s passionate about helping people move past injuries, reduce tightness, and improve overall mobility. What he loves most about his work is connecting with clients and hearing their stories. Outside the studio, Cabe stays active through camping, hiking, mountain biking, whitewater kayaking, and traditional archery.

    Flexologist

    Matthew has been a personal trainer since 2012, specializing in corrective exercise and movement analysis to help clients improve function and performance. His experience with partnered stretching began in 2008 through AcroYoga in the Bay Area, later expanding to include trigger point therapy and fascial release techniques. Since joining StretchLab in 2024, Matthew has continued to share his expertise in flexibility and recovery and plans to pursue a career as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the future.

    Jayden is our Lead Flexologist, bringing expert leadership, energy, and knowledge to the team. As a certified personal trainer with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, she has more than six years of experience in fitness and rehabilitation. She is passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and live with less pain. Whether someone is just beginning their wellness journey or looking to improve performance, Jayden loves creating results that last. Outside the studio, Jayden enjoys adventure and once hiked one of the steepest mountain ranges in the world near her college in Utah.

    Flexologist

    Meet Josh, a fitness and bodywork pro with over 20 years of experience helping people move and feel their best. His background spans personal training, coaching thousands of Orangetheory classes, and practicing as a licensed medical and Swedish massage therapist. At StretchLab, Josh uses science-based PNF techniques and customized stretch routines to unlock mobility, ease tension, and support overall wellbeing. He’s helped everyone from martial artists working on stubborn hips and hamstrings to clients needing deep neck and shoulder relief during stressful seasons. His sessions are calm, restorative, and designed to help you breathe, reset, and recharge. Outside the studio, Josh is all about root-cause wellness - growing and cooking the food that fuels the body and supports a healthier planet. Stretch with Josh, you’ll feel the difference!

    Flexologist

    Cole graduated from Missouri Southern State University with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. During his time at MSSU, he served as the lead intern in strength and conditioning, gaining hands-on experience coaching athletes. Cole has worked extensively with injured athletes, thoughtfully programming around individual injuries, which is where he discovered his passion for helping people recover and perform better. He is currently pursuing a master's degree in Human Wellness and Performance. In his free time, you can often find Cole spending time with his beagle, Charlie.

    Flexologist

    Sophie is a Texas Tech graduate with a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology and a passion for helping others move and feel their best. She has a strong background in athletics, including years of competitive baton twirling and serving as head twirler at Texas Tech. She also helped co-found a volunteer organization supporting hospice patients, a cause that is especially meaningful to her. Outside the studio, she enjoys weightlifting, staying active, and plans to pursue her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.

    Rasool

    Flexologist

    Rasool holds two Master’s degrees in Strength & Conditioning and Nutrition, and has more than 1,600 hours of hands-on experience assisting in a physical therapy clinic. He’s driven by helping people feel more at home in their bodies - moving better, recovering smarter, and understanding what their body is actually trying to communicate. Outside the studio, Rasool’s always learning. When he’s not diving into new research on human performance, he’s practicing the same daily movement habits he teaches - because he believes longevity is built one intentional day at a time.
