With a career spanning seven years as a NASM-certified personal trainer, Daniela has honed her skills in guiding individuals towards their fitness goals with precision and care. In addition to her personal training endeavors, Daniela brings eight years of proficiency as a Les Mills group fitness instructor. Her dynamic approach to group fitness has empowered countless individuals to push their boundaries and achieve remarkable results. Committed to a holistic approach to health, Daniela is also certified in nutrition and functional movement. Her comprehensive understanding of the interplay between nutrition and physical wellbeing allows her to offer clients personalized guidance on achieving optimal health and vitality. Recognizing the profound connection between physical and mental wellbeing, Daniela is currently on a path to becoming a certified life coach. She firmly believes that true quality of life encompasses both the physical and the mental, and is dedicated to assisting her clients in achieving a harmonious balance.

      Ellyn personally discovered the benefits of fitness while attending Pennsylvania's most comprehensive law enforcement academy. Following five years in the field, she made a bold career shift from law enforcement to pursue her true passion. She returned to school to earn her degree in dietetics and also acquired certifications in Crossfit, USA Weightlifting Sport Performance Coaching, and NASM Certified Personal Training. Currently with almost 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, her expertise lies in seamlessly integrating nutrition, fitness, and mindset. Ellyn loves empowering others to cultivate healthy habits that align with their individual lifestyles. With a commitment to sustainability and longevity, she promotes a balanced yet nourishing nutritional approach (she’s a foodie!) and also advocates the importance of strength training for everyone!. Additionally, Ellyn places great value on the role of stretching in overall well-being and firmly believes in its benefits, both physically and mentally. It constitutes an essential “piece of the puzzle” of our overall health. Ellyn hopes to inspire others to piece together their own holistic puzzle and to lead lives they genuinely love.

      Everyone, meet Annie! She is currently finishing up her undergraduate studies in Exercise Science at Rutgers University. When she is not at school, she is working as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, specifically working with those living with special needs and disabilities. Annie also works with the New Jersey Special Olympics as a Coach for the Young Athletes Program. Her past background experiences include working in physical therapy offices as an aide, and in orthopedic physician offices as a Certified Medical Assistant. She has a true passion working as a team with others, and guiding them to their best self! Annie’s mission is to treat everyone that walks in as family, and encourage them to reach their functional mobility goals! Annie looks forward to meeting you here at StretchLab, and helping you towards a happier and healthier YOU!

      Maeleena is a Spring 2022 George Mason University graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, as well as a second degree black belt in Taekwondo. Her martial arts experience is what led her to choose her field of study. She grew up in West Windsor, having moved there at the age of eight. Highlights of her past experiences include being a Taekwondo instructor and working as a chiropractic assistant. Helping to empower and inspire people to believe in and achieve healthier and happier lifestyles is her strongest motivation; Maeleena would be grateful and honored to play a part in your fitness and wellness journey!

      Jonathan Currently a student working towards his Doctorate in Physical Therapy, Jonathan began working at StretchLab to gain valuable one-on-one manual treatment experience while using exercise and stretching to improve the quality of life of his clients. Jonathan graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Psychology from Rutgers University and will be starting his 3 year doctorate program this summer. Previously, he has worked on the Rutgers football athletic training staff, as an EMT crew chief, and as a physical therapy aide at Saint Peter’s outpatient sports and general rehabilitation clinic, combining a breadth of practical knowledge in the field with caring and quality care that will more effectively help you achieve your personal fitness goals.

      Nazia Naz is an experienced professional with a passion for health and fitness. She has her Doctorate in Physical Therapy and has over 10 years of experience in the healthcare field. Her goal is to be a certified Orthopedic Specialist. She enjoys working one on one with clients and modifying stretch programs that work best for each individual client. Naz feels that stretching is a great way to avoid injury, increase blood flow for healing purposes, and increase joint range of motion. She is looking forward to meeting new clients and helping them achieve their stretch goals!

      Shawn is a NASM-certified personal trainer with a strong passion for fitness. Growing up in a military family gave him a strong work ethic and sense of discipline. Having been a track star growing up in school, this started him on his fitness journey. After many years experience in the gym using all types of fitness equipment, he decided to make the transition to a career in personal training and stretching. Shawn takes a holistic approach to fitness training, encouraging clients to focus on physical, spiritual, and emotional wellness. His past experience includes caregiving for special needs adults, and warehouse manager for pharmaceutical products. Excited to learn as much as possible in the industry, he is also working towards certifications in nutrition and coaching. Shawn believes in the value of stretching for improved performance both mentally and physically. He is looking forward to helping YOU feel better and move better!!

      Kayla is truly dedicated to helping others feel mentally and physically better about themselves. Kayla ran track starting in middle school. By the time college came around, she received a scholarship to run for a collegiate track program at Rutgers University. Competing in the Big 10 conference is one of her greatest accomplishments (Go Knights!). Kayla is also studying for NASM's Personal Training Certification, which will be completed in the near future. Kayla strongly feels that it's very important to be in tune with the healthier version of yourself. She looks forward to playing a big part in making your wellness journey a great one!

      Jon, a second-year student at Rutgers University, is all about fitness. He's majoring in Exercise Science and loves playing soccer as a goalie. He used to do Taekwondo, too. Through these sports, he learned how important stretching is for staying healthy and performing well. Now, he wants to help others understand its benefits too. Jonathan hits the gym regularly and dreams of becoming a Physical Therapist. He's eager to get experience in health and wellness settings, especially at StretchLab. His big goal? Making sure everyone can get a great stretch and feel their best!

      Angelina has spent the last 30 plus years dedicated to patient care in the dental office. As a practioner, she was a Registered Dental Hygienist that performed routine cleanings and checkups for the entire family, oral cancer screenings and nutrtional education and counseling. She also used her experience and education to help collaborate with Colgate Palmolive to create products that were safe and effective for consumers accross the globe. Her love to help others expanded into the Wellness industry as a yoga teacher in 2016, as she wanted to share her passion for the practice with anyone she could. A few years ago she left the dental office to focus on helping others achieve their optimal health with Functiopnal Nutritional Counselling, Mindfulness, Meditatation and Cognitive Based Therapy, as a certified CBT counselor. All healing modalities that exist within all of us as humans, just empowering her clients to find and employ them. Angelina is excited to join StretchLab, as they found her through the yoga community. Her extensive background and training in anatomy allows her to offer the positive energy, education and healing touch that StretchLab is well known for. Angelina helps her clients understand the benefits of moving your body, in every way to minimize injury and optimize the healing power within, from pain relief due to stiff muscles and joints to improved overall sleep and feeling of well being.

      Evan is a senior at Rider University in Lawrenceville, New Jersey currently studying and working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and currently has an Associate’s Degree in Health and Physical Education. He has had a passion for health and fitness since he was young, from playing multiple sports to going to the gym, he always wants to try and better himself mentally and physically. He worked as an assistant personal trainer in previous work and wants to continue working with people in order to help them have a better overall well-being of themselves. He has hopes of pursuing a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy in his upcoming years and this is helping give him a step in that direction.

With 12 years of experience in Group Fitness, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for movement to her role. Drawing upon her background in dance and fitness, Atrice approaches stretch therapy with a holistic mindset, recognizing the interconnectedness of the mind and body. She fosters a supportive and nurturing environment, empowering her clients to embrace their bodies' potential and embark on a journey of self-discovery and transformation.
