      Elizabeth has been teaching yoga and meditation since 2012. Teaching over 5,000 hours of yoga classes, Elizabeth is well-versed in functional movement of the body. Elizabeth has a deep interest in anatomy, was given an opportunity to study anatomy in-depth at Harvard Medical School, and has been teaching a yoga anatomy class once a month to the med students there since 2020. Elizabeth feels that StretchLab is a natural complement to yoga, but what she really appreciates is the one-on- one attention she is able to give each client, allowing her to unravel the causes of clients' discomfort until a solution is found.

      I have been in the fitness industry for 18+ years, starting in college as a D1 rower. I have been personal training, teaching group exercise, and working with special populations using exercise as “medicine” for chronic diseases.  When I am not in the gym, I am spending time with my husband, our 2 girls, and 2 dogs. My hobbies include lifting, cooking and gardening ; I am a master gardener with coursework in landscape design.

As a personal trainer, I've come to understand that no matter the exercise they attempt, the only way to foster tangible outcomes is through implementation, trial, and learning from missteps. By cultivating an environment in which my clients can embrace exploration of diverse movements and techniques they can gain deeper insights into their bodies capacity to navigate through space.

      Hi everyone, I’m Sheena and one of my greatest passions is bringing awareness into our body and working with it to release tensions within our structure. I am a yoga instructor, with a focus on Yin and Restorative, emphasizing getting into the deeper layers to create fluidity, flow and strength in our movements. I am also a mediation guide and mother of two with a love of connecting with our natural world and empowering others to step fully on their path ahead.
