    Ina has a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Florida International University and practiced as a registered Physiotherapist in Jamaica for over 17 years. She has represented Jamaica as an elite cyclist and triathlete and currently has her Level 1 World Triathlon Coaching Certificate. In her career, she has utilised the PNF technique for professional and amateur athletes, which has proven to be very useful for recovery and rehabilitation. In 2021, she travelled to Lima, Peru as the Team Manager for the Jamaica Elite Track Cycling Team, which competed in the Pan American Track Cycling Championships

    Ronja (they/them) has a background in dance and somatic education. They believe in the body's innate intelligence and our lifelong capacity to learn, grow, and heal. Ronja is a graduate of the Moving On Center School for Participatory Arts and Somatic Research and holds an MFA in Dance. When not at StretchLab, you can find them performing with NAKA Dance Theater and other Bay Area companies, and teaching as an adjunct professor in the Dance program at St Mary’s College.

    Jordyn attended Southwest Institute of Healing Arts and received a 200-hour yoga teacher certification. He has a mixed movement practice, including weightlifting,animal flow, and calisthenics. He is passionate about learning and sharing new ways to move,heal, and be with the body. He looks forward to working with you to achieve your own goals and find new possibilities within your body.

    Jocelyn, a proud San Francisco native, graduated from San Jose State University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. With hands-on experience as a track and field athlete and as a physical therapy aide in an outpatient clinic, Jocelyn brings a dynamic background to her work. She’s passionate about staying active, enjoying hobbies like running, hiking, cooking, reading, and exploring her creative side. Jocelyn’s ultimate goal is to become a physical therapist and open her own practice in the Bayview-Hunters Point community where she grew up. She’s excited to meet and stretch with the StretchLab Oakland community!

    Lex graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis on exercise and movement sciences. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. As a lifelong learner, Lex thrives on new challenges and always seeks on opportunities to expand her knowledge. Outside of academics, Lex loves to travel and explore new places. When it comes to movement, Lex’s favorite stretch is the piriformis stretch — an essential move for improving hip mobility!

    Mayet is a graduated from Cal State East Bay with a majoring in Kinesiology and minoring in Psychology. She has experience working in outpatient and inpatient rehab settings as a rehab aide and intern, and has coached youth in swimming, boxing, and virtual fitness. Movement has always been a big part of her life — she grew up playing non-traditional sports and has always been passionate about health and wellness. Mayet is currently working toward becoming a Physical Therapist. Mayet joined StretchLab to help people feel better in their bodies and build confidence through movement. Her goal is to meet clients where they’re at and support them on their rehab journey with more awareness and ease.

    Born and raised in Richmond CA, LaRhesha has always been gifted with her hands from creating in the kitchen to helping others heal through touch. Her passion for holistic health began with a love for clean eating, juicing, and finding natural ways to feel good from the inside out. That passion evolved into a career when she graduated from the National Holistic Institute in 2023, earning her Massage Therapy CAMTC certification. Since then she’s worked with the geriatric community gaining valuable experience in helping people move and feel better through therapeutic care. She also works in a chiropractor’s office, where she shadows and provides massage therapy, further deepening her understanding of body mechanics and clinical care. LaRhesha brings uplifting energy and a healing touch to every session, always aiming to help clients move with more freedom, feel stronger, and live healthier, happier lives.

    Jade brings a diverse background to StretchLab with experience as a massage therapist, body sculptor, esthetician, and manicurist. Her wide range of skills allows her to connect with clients on multiple levels, helping them feel their best both physically and mentally. Outside of work, Jade enjoys hiking, long drives, and is a passionate tea connoisseur. She is dedicated to creating a calm, relaxing environment for her clients, where they can unwind and release tension. Jade’s goal is to help every client leave feeling both rejuvenated and centered, making relaxation a priority in their wellness routine.

    I’m a Kinesiology graduate from Cal State East Bay with a passion for movement, recovery, and performance. My background in sports performance and body optimization helps me guide clients to move better, feel stronger, and perform at their best. I truly believe that when your body moves the way it’s meant to, everything else in life flows better. As a lifelong athlete, I know firsthand how important mobility, flexibility, and proper recovery are for staying at the top of your game. When I’m not in the studio, you’ll probably find me out mountain biking, fishing, exploring new food spots, or capturing moments behind the camera.

    With a B.S. in Kinesiology and currently pursuing a Doctorate of Occupational Therapy, Joel brings experience as a rehab aide working with clients ranging from 7 to 80 years old. He takes a methodical yet holistic approach to movement, looking at the whole body and the many factors that influence recovery and performance. As a lifelong athlete who enjoys basketball, volleyball, and running, he understands the importance of mobility, flexibility, and proper recovery. Born and raised in Oakland, Joel is passionate about giving back to his community and hopes to specialize in hand therapy and neurological rehabilitation. Outside the studio, you’ll find him cooking new recipes or exploring around the Bay Area.

    Mikayla, born and raised in the Bay Area. She grew up as a creative spirit through dance and musical arts, and she always had a profound love for movement and wellness. She is currently pursuing her AA in Dance and Kinesiology. She is certified as a Dance instructor and in CPR/First Aid. Her goal is to open her own dance studio. At StretchLab, she wants to help clients move with confidence and with ease! She lives by the saying “wellness is wealth” and the key to unlocking our full potential is to continue to intentionally move our bodies everyday.
