My interest in health and wellness began in high school, when I became an avid gym-goer and started trying new foods and fitness classes. While studying Human Developmental Sciences at UC San Diego, I found a passion in helping people become happier and healthier! That lead to pursuing my NASM certification Personal Training and then to StretchLab. Stretching is for everybody and is SO good for you. As a Flexologist, I am able to further my knowledge and help those around me feel better in their day-to-day lives. I learn something from every person on my bench! When I’m not stretching, you can find me reading, hiking, rock climbing, baking, being with friends & family, or training in the gym. Looking forward to helping you feel better and live LONG!

I discovered martial arts and a love for health and wellness as a young adult. I have over 10 years of experience, a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu jitsu and expertise in kickboxing. I am also an ISSA certified personal trainer. My driving goal is to help others find their best in body, mind and spirit. I love seeing someone move and feel better by taking action to improve their life, and witnessing how StretchLab changes the way people function and experience their world is awesome. One of my favorite stretches is the lumbar rotation, as it opens up the spine, side body and chest. Aside from martial arts, I also enjoy hiking, lifting weights, cooking, and exploring new and little known restaurants and magical spots around our world.

I have always had a passion for exercise and helping people. It was an easy transition for me to get into the fitness field and begin working with people on setting and reaching their goals. As a NASM certified personal trainer, I love being able to help clients by showing them that they are important and cared for! I am passionate about increasing their longevity and improving their quality of life – my work at StretchLab has allowed me to do just that and has been very rewarding. Developing relationships on the bench and in my life is a big part of who I am. I love spending time with my family, as well as hiking, baking and lifting weights. I’m a busy mom, so the stretch I appreciate the most is where many of us hold a lot of tension, the neck. Let’s work together and tackle the tension and tightness of life that you carry!

I am a Certified Personal Trainer and am pursuing my Master’s Degree in Kinesiology at SF State. My interest in fitness began with being involved in sports at a young age. When I started working out in the gym, my physical and mental health completely changed in a positive way. My hope is to help people reach their own fitness goals by offering guidance and encouragement throughout their journey. Our team at StretchLab is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about helping others – our focus on flexibility is beneficial to all ages and levels of fitness! It’s often overlooked and has incredible results. When I’m not working or working out, I love playing and watching sports, going to concerts and trying new restaurants. My personal favorite stretch? Glutes and lower back. It always feels amazing.

I’ve always had a physically active lifestyle and grew up playing sports. This has given me a great foundation to take my love for fitness to a new level – I have a degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science from Cal State Monterey Bay and a Youth Fitness Specialist certification. I share StretchLab’s values when it comes to caring for the body, and that we set clients up for success at all ages! The PNF technique and better flexibility is something everyone needs more of. My favorite stretches to receive are the hip flexors and quads – ask me about the Thomas stretch. Outside of work, I live on a ranch with 1,500 chickens and beautiful scenery. I love bonfires, wilderness adventures, spending time with friends and family and going to In-N-Out Burger : ) See you in the studio for a great stretch!

I’ve been involved in some sort of sport my whole life, but found my true passion when I started dancing – It’s how I express myself. I’m also a Yoga Teacher, Reiki Practitioner and Sound Healer. I am passionate about holistic wellness and nervous system regulation, and strive to support others in their journey to develop and maintain a peaceful mind and healthy body while navigating the stresses of life. StretchLab perfectly aligns with my work as a yoga teacher – both allow for a deeper, richer stretching experience and I love that it works for all bodies. Anyone can experience increased mobility and pain relief from regular assisted stretching! More about me…I love music festivals, meditation and hiking in the redwoods. I am a voice actor and vocalist and have two rescue pups named Cleo and Luna! See you on the bench.

I've always loved playing sports and knew the world of athletics and fitness was where I belonged. I fell in love with basketball and played through college at SF State where I studied Kinesiology. Working with the athletic trainer, I knew I wanted to do hands-on body work. I’ve spent the majority of my career as a Personal Trainer and corrective exercise specialist. Knowing the importance of mobility, I naturally fell into assisted stretching. It is always rewarding to help people move through life without pain and watch the progress they make with each session. My perspective is that life and work aren’t meant to be taken too seriously, HAVE FUN with the people around you! I love coffee, fitness, spending time with my family (I have triplet girls!), traveling and taking on any new adventure – especially if there’s a body of water and sun involved. See you in the studio!

I am passionate about helping people. My work as a massage therapist taught me how to manipulate and decrease tension in the muscles, which naturally led to me becoming a certified NASM Personal Trainer. I have been training clients and leading group fitness for 10 years and enjoy being part of a client’s wellness journey. Eager to learn more and expand my skills, I saw a great opportunity in StretchLab. As Flexologists, we can truly make a difference in someone’s life by increasing flexibility and range of motion. Helping clients understand the “why” of stretching is really powerful! In my free time, you can find me working out, at the beach, on a hike or exploring new places with my husband and dog. Hope to see you on a bench soon!

I got into weightlifting in high school, and loved learning about the body and how to get stronger. I always loved playing sports, joining the basketball, soccer and golf teams in high school. I went on to play soccer in college, and have since loved discovering new ways to stay active. As a certified personal trainer and Flexologist, the things I love most are connecting with people and helping them reach their health and fitness goals. Mobility work is really rewarding in that way as it helps people feel better in their daily lives. Personally, my favorite stretches are shoulder rotations, as mine are often tight due to past injuries. Outside of work, I stay busy and active! I love cooking, playing tennis and a great round of golf. My cats are evidence of my love of the game, we named them Bubba and Rory. Hope to stretch you soon!

My interest in health and fitness began with baseball training, lifting weights, and running. When I got closer to my collegiate sports career, I focused on increasing my power, speed, strength, and mobility. I began to understand and value the critical balance between recovery and training after experiencing a few injuries. My interest in human performance led me to pursue a degree in Exercise and Health Science. I am on the path to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy. I value learning and growth, being surrounded by great, like-minded individuals, and the ability to positively connect with a community. StretchLab allows me to gain hands-on experience in the field by working with all types of people and helping them reach their goals. A few fun facts:I am Greek, enjoy photography, and was a captain for my college baseball team. Favorite stretch? Upper traps and shoulders, paired with deep breathing. So relaxing!
