      A Massachusetts native, Erin is the GM of the new StretchLab studio in Norfolk. She has two fur babies - a cat named Quavo & a goldendoodle named Indie Rose. Erin made the move to Virginia to be closer to some of her family; specifically, her first niece. Some of her first jobs were in gyms and fitness boutiques, and she played soccer until the end of her freshman year of college. After retiring due to injury, Erin’s mindset surrounding health and wellness shifted. She now understands the importance of stretching and recovery, and her passion for helping people live a healthy, pain-free life continues to grow!

      Ashley comes from a small town in California and moved to the Hampton Roads area around 2018. She has always had a passion for movement and health having participated in sports like soccer, gymnastics, swimming & weightlifting as well as a few years of being a personal trainer at a local gym. Ashley has her bachelors in Exercise Science from ODU and is currently in ODU's Doctorate program for Physical Therapy. She has clinical experience in rehabilitative care and has a passion for helping people feel better so that they can participate in their favorite activities. She is excited to meet new people and utilize all her experience in this new adventure!

      Brittany, originally from Iowa, has a love for all things fitness & wellness. Growing up she was an athlete and played soccer in college. She has been working in the fitness industry for over 12 years and her credentials include a master’s degree in Strength & Conditioning in addition to Personal Training, Group Fitness Instructor & Schwinn Cycling Certifications. She is also a 200hr registered yoga teacher! Her goal during your stretch sessions is to leave stress at the door and focus on the present giving you the best stretch to help enhance your overall well being. She looks forward to seeing you on the bench!

      J.T. joins StretchLab Norfolk after earning his Master’s degree in Athletic Coaching from Ball State University. He was a former D1 football player at both Ball State & Norfolk State. J.T. knows how essential it is to maintain the body in a number of ways and stretching is one of the most important. Learning recovery methods through athletics and even in his every day life, J.T. wanted to help people become more aware of the importance. As he always says - "You only have one body so why not take care of it"!

      Victoria was born and raised in Suffolk, VA. She graduated from James Madison University with a bachelor's degree in Health Sciences & Medical Spanish. She now attends ODU where she is in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program. Fitness has always been a part of her life from playing sports to working out in the gym. Victoria enjoys going on hikes, going to the gym, and playing pickleball! With the knowledge she has acquired through school and practicing these things herself she wants to be able to share the benefits of living a healthy active life!

      Salvador was originally born and raised in Central America. Salvador started as a professional athlete for 20 year; 10 was as a soccer player and 20 in martial arts. He moved from El Salvador to Los Angeles, CA. He earned his certifications in Physical Therapy, Sport Rehab & Massage Therapy, which allows him to help others. "Salv" has been in the health field for 7 years as a Physical & Massage Therapist as well as a Rehabilitator. Salv specializes in helping people with neck or back pain, and after surgery rehabilitation, therapeutic massage, manual therapy and stretching. When he is not helping others, he spends his free time with his family, training for triathlons, fishing and taking photographs!

      Rachel received her bachelors in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise from VA Tech. She has lots of clinical experience working as a physical therapy technician and is currently a graduate student in the athletic training program at Old Dominion University. Rachel would love to work with collegiate athletes, and dreams of volunteering to work at the Olympics. She has always had a passion for athletics and grew up playing many sports, volleyball being her favorite. In her free time she likes to read, watch movies, and spend time with her friends and family. Her interest in stretching stemmed from wanting to improve her own flexibility, and now she is excited to help others reach their goals as well!

      Majestic graduated from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science with a minor in Public Health & Equity and is currently working toward applying to Medical School to obtain a degree in Medicine in hopes of studying Cardiothoracic Surgery. Majestic enjoys playing basketball, beach volleyball, eating at fancy restaurants, and binge watching TV with her XL Bully, Pepper! Majestic hopes of opening her very own health and wellness clinics to help underserved communities everywhere become educated about their health and eradicate diseases. She was eager to join StretchLab Norfolk to help promote health and wellness to everyone of all ages and backgrounds!

      Kinge is a graduate of Old Dominion University with a Bachelor's of Science Degree. He cultivated a passion for physical fitness and wellness throughout high school where he excelled as a football player, demonstrating his strong work ethic and natural leadership abilities. He also has 1st black belt in Taekwondo. Kinge gained valuable experience in the physical therapy field, working as a technician for two years. Through this experience, he has developed a deep understanding of the human body and its mechanics, as well as the ability to personalize stretching techniques to meet the specific needs of his clients. Coupled with his extensive knowledge of anatomy and movements, his unique background in both athletics and healthcare has equipped Kinge with a well-rounded skill set that makes him a qualified and competent Flexologist. With a strong commitment to helping his clients reach their full potential, Kinge is dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve their optimal physical well-being through the transformational power of stretching.

      AJ has proudly served in the military for 10 years, where he was a Physical Therapy Technician for the Navy for the last 4 years of his tour, stationed at Portsmouth Naval Hospital. He is also a Certified Personal Trainer and is completing his degree in Sports Medicine at William Paterson University. In AJ’s words: “During my time in the military, I learned so much about rehabilitation and injury prevention, and working with people to help them reach any fitness and life goals they desired. I am an avid weight trainer, and really enjoy hiking, running, going to the beach and having adventures with my rescue pup Spirit. I really enjoy working with people and am excited to grow on this mobility journey.

      Nikki was born and raised in Erie, PA before calling VA Beach her home. She loves being out on the water or anywhere outdoors, spending time with friends and family, and anything fitness related! She graduated from Slippery Rock University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Homeland Security and a minor in Corporate Fraud after switching from Exercise Science. She has since found that nothing compares to being in the fitness industry and is ecstatic to be back as her passion is for fitness, wellness & overall health. While in college she worked as a Sales Associate at Iron Oxygen Fitness & Level Red Boxing in PA. Wanting more, she applied and received the position of Level Red’s Assistant Manager where she also trained to become a group fitness boxing instructor/Motivator. She continued her fitness education by obtaining her NASM Personal Trainer Certification and has plans to gain a few more certifications as well. She believes that a person’s health and wellbeing is the best investment one can make and is looking forward to helping others invest in themselves here at StretchLab Norfolk!
