      Elidia
      Studio Manager / Lead Flexologist
Hello, I’m Elidia! I’m the Lead Flexologist and Studio Manager at StretchLab. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. I have 3 years of experience helping people move and feel their best through stretching. I joined StretchLab because I’ve always believed in the power of movement and wanted to be part of a team that makes real, lasting change in people’s lives through mobility and recovery. I’m originally from New York and have a lifelong passion for health, fitness, and functional training. Outside the studio, you’ll usually find me working out, rock climbing, hiking, or hanging out with my dog and cat. Whether it’s helping someone reach their flexibility goals or simply moving more freely, I love what I do and bring energy and intention to every session.

      Seth
      Flexologist
Hello all, my name is Seth! I earned my Master’s degree in Athletic Training in 2025 and my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology in 2023. I also played collegiate soccer for all four years, which gave me a deep appreciation for the importance of mobility, injury prevention, and recovery in maintaining peak performance. My academic and athletic background has given me a strong foundation in human movement and therapeutic care. I’m passionate about helping others feel and move better, whether that means increasing flexibility, reducing muscle tension, or supporting overall physical wellness. At Stretch Lab, I focus on creating customized assisted stretching sessions that meet each client’s unique needs and goals.
      Sean
      Sean
      Flexologist
My name is Sean, and I’m a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine since 2021. My passion is helping people feel and become the best version of themselves—stronger, more confident, and more connected to their bodies. Outside of StretchLab, I currently work under a Chiropractic Doctor, where I’ve gained hands-on experience with treating a variety of injuries and issues with therapeutic exercises and recovery techniques that support the body’s natural healing process. This unique environment has deepened my understanding of functional movement and injury prevention. Whether you're looking to improve mobility, increase strength, or simply feel better in your daily life, my goal is to help guide you there.
      Madison
      Madison
      Studio Manager / Flexologist
Greetings friends, name’s Madison! I am a Flexologist and Studio Manager at StretchLab. I’ve been with the company for over two years, starting as a Flexologist. My background and life practice is yoga, which has deeply shaped the way I approach movement, healing, and overall well-being. I’ve always had a passion for feeling good in the body and taking care of my health—physically, mentally, and emotionally. I believe movement to be medicine for both the body and mind. I’m a huge believer in the service we provide as the benefits truly seem to be endless. From increased mobility and reduced pain to improved athletic performance and stress relief, it’s incredible to see the impact it makes in people’s lives. In my free time, I enjoy anything that gets me outside and moving, especially with my dog—who’s also our beloved studio pup! Whether it’s hiking, soaking up the sun, or just getting fresh air, nature is my happy place. Come hang out and stretch with me!
      David
      David
      Flexologist
Hello all, my name is Dave! I’m a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Council of Strength and Fitness. I attended Liberty University for Exercise Science. My passion is helping people feel better in their bodies through movement, recovery, nutrition, and consistent care. Playing football is what began my fitness journey. After tearing my left rotator cuff and labrum in my shoulder, I started shifting my goals from chasing the NFL to just long-term health and performance. That experience is what led me into personal training and eventually Stretch Lab. I’ve been with the company for a year now and over that period, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients to reduce tightness, improve flexibility, and relieve everyday pain and tension. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, training hard, or just trying to feel better day to day, I’m here to help you move better and feel your best as your flexologist!
      Jordan
      Jordan
      Flexologist
Hi my name is Jordan and I received my certificate in Personal Training from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) in February 2025. I am also a ballroom instructor, so keeping the body mobile and active is an important part of everyday life for me. I have also been an avid dancer for as long as I can remember. All of these attributes brought me to StretchLab where I focus on how the body is utilized through any of these and everyday activities. With each day I’m finding how much I enjoy making people feel better with our stretches and the relief it presents when we are done with a session. Being a part of the process has given me great insight to better my movements and coordinating those to do so as well. I am happy being a part of the team and continuing forward with this journey
      Madeleine
      Madeleine
      Flexologist
Hi there! My name is Madeleine (also known as Maddy to many), nice to e-meet you! I grew up in Collegeville, PA as a gymnast, dancer, and cheerleader, so I have pretty much always had a passion for moving my body and especially STRETCHING! I’ve felt first hand the impact that mindful movement can have on not just your body, but your mind, and at Stretch Lab I get to help others discover that impact as well! On top of working as a Flexologist, I am also a yoga teacher and a photographer; guiding others to nurture and feel good in their own bodies naturally stumbled into my work and clearly defined my purpose in my life. I enjoy bringing my knowledge of the body, mind, and soul to meet my intuition to deliver safe, energetic, and intentional stretches to all of my clients. I feel so grateful to carry on the mission here at Stretch Lab and get more people feeling in-tune with their bodies! Hope to stretch with you soon.
