Meet the Team

  • Elidia

    Elidia

    Studio Manager / Lead Flexologist

Hello, I’m Elidia! I’m the Lead Flexologist and Studio Manager at StretchLab. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. I have 3 years of experience helping people move and feel their best through stretching. I joined StretchLab because I’ve always believed in the power of movement and wanted to be part of a team that makes real, lasting change in people’s lives through mobility and recovery. I’m originally from New York and have a lifelong passion for health, fitness, and functional training. Outside the studio, you’ll usually find me working out, rock climbing, hiking, or hanging out with my dog and cat. Whether it’s helping someone reach their flexibility goals or simply moving more freely, I love what I do and bring energy and intention to every session.

    Madison

    Studio Manager / Flexologist

Greetings friends, name’s Madison! I am a Flexologist and Studio Manager at StretchLab. I’ve been with the company for over three years, starting as a Flexologist. My background and life practice is yoga, which has deeply shaped the way I approach movement, healing, and overall well-being. I’ve always had a passion for feeling good in the body and taking care of my health—physically, mentally, and emotionally. I believe movement to be medicine for both the body and mind. I’m a huge believer in the service we provide as the benefits truly seem to be endless. From increased mobility and reduced pain to improved athletic performance and stress relief, it’s incredible to see the impact it makes in people’s lives. In my free time, I enjoy anything that gets me outside and moving, especially with my dog—who’s also our beloved studio pup! Whether it’s hiking, soaking up the sun, or just getting fresh air, nature is my happy place. Come hang out and stretch with me!

    Jordan

    Flexologist

Hi my name is Jordan and I received my certificate in Personal Training from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) in February 2025. I am also a ballroom instructor, so keeping the body mobile and active is an important part of everyday life for me. I have also been an avid dancer for as long as I can remember. All of these attributes brought me to StretchLab where I focus on how the body is utilized through any of these and everyday activities. With each day I’m finding how much I enjoy making people feel better with our stretches and the relief it presents when we are done with a session. Being a part of the process has given me great insight to better my movements and coordinating those to do so as well. I am happy being a part of the team and continuing forward with this journey
  • Silas

    Silas

    Flexologist

Hi, I’m Silas! I graduated from Temple University in 2025 with a B.S. in Health Professions and have experience as a physical therapy technician and exercise physiologist. My passion for exercise science began after tearing my ACL in 2018, which inspired me to help others recover, move better, and feel stronger. I’ve been active my whole life—swimming, soccer, golf, choir, and musical theatre—and now I love resistance training, biking, hiking, and long walks. Outside of movement, I enjoy video games, great films, and music of all kinds, especially rap, EDM, and metal. My coaching style is calm and laidback, but I’m always ready to match a client’s energy. I’m excited to guide you toward better recovery, flexibility, posture, and mobility as we work toward your goals together!

    Natalie

    Flexologist

Hi!! I’m Natalie! I’m a soon-to-be graduate from West Chester University, where I studied Exercise Science Pre-PT with a minor in Coaching. I also work as a physical therapy technician where, along with assisted stretching, I’m working toward my goal of becoming a sports physical therapist. Being active has always been a huge part of my life, I grew up playing soccer and have a deep appreciation for the sport! Now you’ll usually find me outside, on the pickleball court, or in the kitchen cooking and baking something new (with mixed results sometimes). I love learning about how the body moves and finding ways to aid people in achieving their goal. . I never get tired of hearing and experiencing testimonies of how intentional exercise has improved one's life. I am passionate about being supportive, and personalized—I’m here to meet you where you’re at, keep things fun, and maybe even make stretching something you actually look forward to. Whether you’re recovering, trying to move better, or just need a good reset, I’ve got you!

    Jasmine

    Flexologist

Hi, I’m Jasmine! My background in Kinesiology and Occupational Therapy has given me a strong foundation in movement, mobility, and functional wellness. I’m passionate about helping clients feel their best by improving flexibility, reducing muscle tension, and supporting better movement in their everyday lives. My love for body awareness and movement extends beyond the studio, where I enjoy both mat and reformer Pilates to stay active while continuing to deepen my knowledge of strength, alignment, and mobility. Outside of StretchLab, I love spending time with my four cats and embracing a balanced, wellness-centered lifestyle. I look forward to helping you move better, feel better, and reach your wellness goals at StretchLab.

Hello, my name is Tiana! I graduated from Delaware State University in 2024 with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and have experience working in both physical therapy and Pilates studios. My passion is helping others feel their best and improve their overall quality of life through movement. Becoming a Flexologist has allowed me to apply my education and hands-on experience to help clients better understand their bodies, improve mobility, and work toward their individual goals. Stretching is often overlooked in everyday life, athletics, and fitness routines, yet it plays a vital role in recovery, performance, and overall well-being.
