    Flexologist

I am a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater, where I studied Human Performance with a minor in Sports Management. I’ve always had a passion for health, fitness, sports, and helping others, which is a big reason why I wanted to work at StretchLab. I enjoy being able to use what I’ve learned about the human body and movement to help people feel better, improve their mobility, and reach their personal goals. I grew up in the Madison area and have always been around sports, especially basketball. In my free time, I enjoy working out, playing basketball, staying active, and spending time with my family and friends. What makes me unique as a Flexologist is my background in Human Performance and strength and conditioning, along with my ability to connect with different people and make them feel comfortable. I want every member I work with to feel supported and leave their session feeling better than when they came in.
