      Ben, a proud alumnus of UW–Madison, holds a degree in Exercise and Movement Science. With a diverse background in fitness, including experience as a CrossFit Instructor, Ben is thrilled to contribute to the realm of health and wellness, driven by his passion for guiding individuals toward their optimal selves. Outside of his professional pursuits, Ben thrives on an active lifestyle and cherishes moments spent with loved ones. An avid traveler, he eagerly shares his experiences of working in picturesque settings like Hawaii and Iceland. Despite his easygoing nature, Ben's competitive spirit ignites in ping pong, Pictionary, and handstand contests.

      Emily has her Bachelor's in Kinesiology with a minor in Nutritional Science. She has many certifications, including ACE Personal Training, Group Fitness, and Precision Nutrition Certifications. Emily has been in the personal training/group fitness world for 10 years. Her passion is working with clients at all levels of health and fitness to better their everyday lives. Emily loves working with her clients to meet their nutritional goals and is coming to StretchLab to help her community take care of their bodies inside and out. When Emily isn’t in the studio, she loves anything outdoors, traveling, and experiencing new things. Ask her about her favorite hiking spots!

      Nolan has his Bachelor's in Exercise Science and Sports Performance and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. After finishing his football career at a small college outside of Saint Louis, he has shifted his focus to his passion for helping people feel and move better, whether it be preventative or rehabilitative. He understands the importance of mobility on quality of life, which brings him to StretchLab, so he can help you reach your movement goals. In his free time, he enjoys exploring his new home in Middleton, whether it be hiking or trying out different restaurants. Nolan is personable and loves to learn about new things, so feel free to talk or ask about anything that interests you!

      Madee has her Bachelor's in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise & Fitness. She is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and has 3+ years of personal training experience in an occupational health setting with Harley-Davidson as well as various studio and recreational centers. Her main passion for the health and fitness industry is helping her clients become the best versions of themselves physically and mentally. Madee's biggest goal is to get everyone to be ergonomically sound and move freely in their bodies. In her free time, she enjoys reading, watching endless romantic comedies, and training for 5k’s!

      Anna first embarked on her yoga journey, quickly discovering a passion for 1:1 assists after completing her 200 RYT and RMTi Level 1 certifications. She guides clients through stretch sessions, leveraging breath to foster a mind-body connection. This approach cultivates a present-moment experience, heightening awareness of every movement during a stretch. Recognizing the significance of human connection, Anna believes that even holding space can profoundly impact mental and physical well-being. Beyond the studio, Anna is a devoted yogi, meditator, and enthusiast of mindfulness. She also volunteers her time to teach yoga to children on the spectrum.

      Connor graduated with his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from St. Ambrose University in 2023. While at St. Ambrose, Connor also played collegiate football and spent time working with the Athletic Training team. He has a passion for helping people become their best selves through preventing and rehabbing injuries. In the future, he is looking to pursue his doctorate in Physical Therapy and is eager to gain experience in the industry. In his free time, he likes to lift weights and spend time with friends and family.

      Meagan B. offers a unique blend of expertise in movement and mental health. With a Bachelor's degree in Biology and a Minor in Dance from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, Meagan combines her scientific background with her passion for artistic expression. Drawing from her experience teaching dance, acrobatics, and yoga, she guides clients toward improved flexibility, injury prevention, and peak athletic performance. Committed to holistic well-being, Meagan is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Mental Health Therapy. This dedication extends beyond her professional pursuits; in her free time, she finds joy in weightlifting, hiking, and crocheting cozy blankets.

      Steve recently earned a Master’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. With a strong background in basketball coaching, strength & conditioning, and recovery, he is eager to bring his expertise to the StretchLab team. Steve is passionate about understanding all aspects of the human body and helping people improve their movement and well-being. Steve has a unique ability to adapt to any situation, offering a personalized and educational experience for each client. His love for sports, particularly basketball, drives him to tackle the challenges of movement and performance with enthusiasm. Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending time with his dog Chico, and his two cats, Reeses and Cacajuate. Steve is excited to connect with clients at StretchLab and learn from every interaction. He's always happy to chat, so feel free to say hello! He looks forward to meeting you and helping you achieve your wellness goals.

      Crozier grew up in a small town in Idaho and graduated with a degree in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University. While at BYU, he was a folk dance team member, allowing him to travel worldwide and share cultural dances. Crozier joined StretchLab to help others reach their health and fitness goals while deepening his understanding of the human body. With experience as a chiropractic assistant, Crozier brings a unique skill set, particularly in working with a diverse range of clients, from dancers and athletes to people of all ages. Recently married and new to the Madison area, he is enjoying exploring everything the city has to offer—especially the food scene! In his free time, Crozier loves being outdoors, playing basketball, and hosting movie nights.

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      One on one session with a Flexologist

      One on One

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
