With a background in cardiac rehab and PTA. Josh brings a unique understanding of the importance of cardiovascular health and movement in general. Josh has also delved into various fitness disciplines, including yoga, Pilates, and strength and conditioning, which have enriched his knowledge and skill set.
Josh’s mission is to empower his clients to reach their full potential, overcome mental obstacles, and live healthier, happier lives.
