      Flexologists

      Angelo
      Angelo
      Lead Flexologist
      Angelo is an ISSA certified personal trainer with over a decade of experience in weight training, specializing in powerlifting and hypertrophy. His dedication to the sport has earned him multiple awards in powerlifting competitions. A former high school state swim captain, Angelo’s athletic background is diverse and robust. In his spare time, Angelo enjoys engaging in various activities that keep his mind and body active, such as spending quality time with his family outdoors, playing chess, solving puzzles, and exploring philosophical readings. Angelo believes that "nothing changes if nothing changes." He recognizes that many people are still unfamiliar with the benefits of assisted stretching and is enthusiastic about helping others discover new opportunities for health and wellness. Angelo's approach focuses on expanding one's comfort zone to foster positive change, making him a valuable asset to the StretchLab community.
      Rehmat
      Rehmat
      Flexologist
      Rehmat completed his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Washington. He has a wealth of experience working with a diverse range of populations, from children to the elderly, as well as high-level athletes and those in hospital-based care. His broad expertise makes him a highly skilled flexologist with deep knowledge across all age groups and fitness levels. He’s passionate about educating his clients, focusing not only on restoring function and reducing pain but also on teaching them about the internal mechanics of the body. His goal is to empower clients with the knowledge to manage their health independently and improve their quality of life. Rehmat views 1-on-1 stretching as a collaborative process, where clear communication between the client and flexologist is key. His compassion and curiosity drive him to constantly expand his expertise, ensuring the best care for his clients. Outside Stretchlab, Rehmat enjoys competing in recreational sports like soccer, basketball, and football, supporting his community through movement, traveling, catching sunsets, and enthusiastically cheering on his nieces and nephews.
      Arathi
      Arathi
      Arathi holds an undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Gonzaga University and a master’s in Business Analytics from the University of Cincinnati. After spending 10 years in the corporate world, she followed her passion for wellness and transitioned into yoga and meditation. Arathi is a 500-hour certified yoga instructor with additional certifications in Pre- and Post-Natal Yoga. She has been teaching yoga since 2017 and brings that deep knowledge of breathwork, mindfulness, and body awareness into her role as a Flexologist at StretchLab. Her sessions focus on stress reduction, posture correction, and improving overall mobility and flexibility—helping clients move more freely and live with less pain. Outside of work, Arathi enjoys spending time with her 9-year-old Cavapoo, Ollie, cooking a variety of Indian dishes, and playing soccer.
      Ashley
      Ashley
      Ashley began her movement journey as a collegiate soccer athlete, where she built a strong foundation in body mechanics, performance, and recovery. After graduating, she discovered a deep passion for yoga and became a certified 500-hour yoga teacher in 2023. Blending anatomical knowledge with mindful movement, Ashley takes a holistic approach to wellness, incorporating organic movement, breathwork, and nervous system awareness into her work. At StretchLab, she brings this approach to assisted stretching sessions, helping clients improve flexibility, reduce stress, enhance recovery, and move with greater ease and confidence in their daily lives. Her goal is to support the body’s natural ability to heal and perform at its best through personalized stretch sessions. In her free time, Ashley enjoys practicing yoga and dance, spending time at the beach with her dog, and enjoying quality time with friends and family.
      Ramiro
      Ramiro
      Ramiro is from Wapato, WA, and studied at the University of Washington in Seattle, where he completed his education in Public Health and Nutrition. Throughout his life, he has been passionate about helping his community and learning about body mechanics. With a long background in sports, he enjoys supporting others in getting stronger and improving their physical well-being. Being fluent in two languages has also allowed him to connect with and assist multiple communities. In his spare time, Ramiro enjoys playing the guitar and staying active through various physical activities. He also values spending time with friends and watching sports. At StretchLab, Ramiro enjoys helping clients improve their mobility, strength, and overall well-being through a better understanding of body mechanics. He values the opportunity to support people in feeling better in their bodies while also continuing to learn from colleagues and clients about the many ways the body can move and recover.
      Jacob
      Jacob
      Jacob is currently a student at Seattle University pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biology, with plans to attend physical therapy school and become a licensed Physical Therapist. His background in competitive soccer sparked a strong passion for movement, recovery, and overall physical wellness—something he continues to develop through his commitment to fitness and active living. Outside of StretchLab, Jacob enjoys designing and creating fashion and is the owner of his own clothing brand. This serves as a creative outlet, allowing him to express himself beyond health and fitness. Jacob is passionate about helping clients move better, recover faster, and feel their best. He takes pride in creating personalized stretch sessions and delivering an experience that leaves every client feeling stronger, more mobile, and ready to take on their day.
      Isabella
      Isabella
      Isabella is a physiology student and rower at UCLA with a strong passion for functional fitness and overall wellness. Her experience as a physical therapy aide allows her to bring a thoughtful, informed approach to each stretch, focusing on proper movement and recovery. She is dedicated to helping clients improve their mobility, feel better in their bodies, and enhance their overall quality of life. Isabella creates a supportive and encouraging environment, always taking the time to listen and connect with each client. Outside of StretchLab, Isabella enjoys hiking, backpacking, swimming, reading, and strength training.
      Tyler
      Tyler
      Tyler is originally from Hawaii and has been part of the StretchLab team for over a year. He recently graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and plans to pursue a career in physical therapy. With a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and recovery, Tyler is passionate about helping people move better, feel better, and achieve their wellness goals. His interest in human movement and rehabilitation grew through his own experiences with injuries, as well as watching friends navigate their recovery journeys. These experiences sparked a fascination with how the body works and how mobility, strength, and flexibility training can help prevent injuries and support long-term health. Tyler finds it especially rewarding to help clients reduce pain and stiffness while creating clear, personalized plans that guide them toward lasting results. Outside of StretchLab, Tyler is an avid tennis player who has been playing for over 18 years and has competed throughout much of his life. When he’s not on the court, he enjoys spending time with friends, working out at the gym, camping, hiking, and staying active in the outdoors.
