Tracey
Lead Flexologist
Tracey has a passion to help people feel their very best! She recently relocated from CA to Revere, MA and will be working at the Medford Stretch Lab studio. She has worked in the wellness industry for most of her life. She loves helping people feel better with natural pain management to enjoy their life and have more time with their loved ones. She is so excited to have assisted stretching, like PNF in a studio setting and seeing Stretch Lab studios pop up all over the country. She has mostly seen PNF stretching in a physical therapy setting and when working as a personal trainer. Assisted stretching feels amazing when you feel great and even better when you are hurting and want to feel great! Assisted stretching helps you with your flexibility, a greater range of motion, more energy, more strength and power, less pain, and she can go on and on. Plus, it is for all ages and all activity levels, so why wouldn't you want to try it? Not to mention Tracey has a lot of experience:
