I graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth with a degree in Exercise and Rehabilitation Science and am currently working toward becoming a certified Physical Therapist Assistant. Growing up I was always involved with athletics, especially golf which I continued playing into college. I have always enjoyed working with a variety of people to help them reach their health and fitness goals. I am aiming to improve the quality of life and athletic performance of those who are looking to make a positive impact on their physical health. As a golfer myself, I specialize in improving the areas of the golf swing that are most important so that you can gain those few extra yards!

I am a healthcare and wellness provider with over 6 years of experience in the medical field, specifically in chiropractic and physical therapy settings. Outside of work, I am pursuing a bachelors degree in nursing while I gain practical experience and knowledge at StretchLab. I love to help others achieve their wellness goals, and I approach each session with empathy, compassion, and a client-centered focus. I have a background in athletics and I love to help athletes and those who exercise more casually see improvement in their performances. Beyond my professional endeavors, I also enjoy spending quality time traveling with family and friends, exploring new destinations, and indulging in creative arts. With a well-rounded approach to life and a genuine passion for physical wellness. I remain committed to making a positive difference in the lives of others both inside and outside or StretchLab.

Hi, I'm Marnie! I'm a graduate of the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire with a degree in Kinesiology and a minor in athletic training. I'm comprehensively certified in Classical Pilates through Peak Pilates and have spent my entire career in the health and wellness industry. I love combining my passion for movement and recovery through both StretchLab and Pilates- it's the perfect balance for me. Outside of work, I am a mom of three grown children, one of whom is married, and when I'm not in the studio, you can usually find me outside enjoying cycling, camping, hiking, or just soaking up nature.

Hi, I’m Jay, a Flexologist here at StretchLab with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. I’ve worked hands-on with clients of all fitness levels, helping them improve mobility, build strength, and recover from injuries. My background in personal training allows me to tailor every stretch to your body’s specific needs and goals. I’m especially passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and reduce everyday stiffness or pain. Whether you’re an athlete or just want to feel looser and more balanced, I’ll make sure each session leaves you feeling refreshed and aligned. Outside the studio, I’m always learning more about human performance and finding new ways to help clients reach their full potential.

I earned my degree from the College of St. Scholastica in Exercise Physiology. In the future I intend to pursue a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT), specializing in Sports Rehabilitation. I am a fan of many different sports, but my favorites are basketball and football. I enjoy working with various individuals to achieve their health and wellness goals, and especially helping people to continue participating in the activities that they love! Some of my favorite activities/hobbies are: weight lifting, fishing, camping, and listening to music.

I graduated from Central Michigan University with my Bachelor of Science in Clinical Exercise Science while minoring in Substance Use Disorders, Public Health, and American Sign Language. I have healthcare experiences of working as a caregiver in an assisted living and memory care facility and as an exercise physiologist in stress testing and cardiac rehabilitation. I have worked with all ages and disabilities in a wide variety of settings. I played ultimate frisbee throughout high school and I now enjoy playing pickleball and hiking. My goals are to help you achieve yours! I want to improve your range of motion, flexibility, and alleviate your pain through assisted stretching so that you can enjoy your life.

I have been a certified personal trainer since 2020 and as of January this year I am now a certified nutrition coach. My personal training certification is through NASM and my nutrition certification is through Precision Nutrition. Eventually I would love to go back to school for physical therapy. I grew up playing all kinds of sports but as I got older my main three became hockey, golf, and lacrosse. In my free time outside of stretch lab I love spending time with my son, going to our cabin, hanging out with friends, and gaming.

      General Manager
Hi, I’m Niandra (Nia for short)— General Manager at StretchLab! I started my journey here as a Front Desk Sales Associate and eventually worked my way up to General Manager. I’ve been with StretchLab for over a year now, and I truly love the environment I’ve helped create and the amazing team I get to work with every day. I’m passionate about helping people look and feel like their best selves — no matter where they are in their physical health journey. I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis back in August, and while my body can sometimes feel sore or tired, stretching has made a huge difference in managing that pain (even if I don’t do it as often as I should!). It’s one of the reasons I believe so strongly in what we do here — because I’ve experienced the benefits personally. As General Manager, I’m here to help with any questions, comments, or concerns you might have. My goal is to make sure everyone who walks through our doors feels welcome, supported, and cared for. Outside of work, I love to paint, read, color, bake, cook, and spend time in nature — anything that lets me be creative and recharge.
