Ahalya
Flexologist
Ahalya has a Master’s degree in Exercise and Nutrition Science from the University of Tampa and a background in Sports Nutrition and Physiotherapy. She has hands-on experience in rehabilitation, mobility training and performance-based research, working with both athletes and general populations to improve movement, flexibility and recovery.
She has contributed to research in women’s sports performance, analyzing workload and movement patterns to support injury prevention and training strategies and has experience working with advanced tools like DEXA, ActiGraph, Dynavision and GymAware.
At StretchLab, Ahalya focuses on improving functional movement and reducing discomfort to help clients feel and move better in daily life. Her goal is to become a clinical Exercise Physiologist and she is currently preparing for her ACSM-EP certification.
Fun fact: Ahalya has contributed to research that has been accepted for presentation at a national conference and she loves combining science with hands-on client care to get real results!
