Jake has worked with clients from ages 13 to 96, affording him a bevy of experiences & expertise in strength training & weight loss, but has continued to orbit his calling card & personal interests in corrective exercise, range-of-motion, injury recovery, & anti-aging techniques as he, himself, gets closer to claiming a senior citizen discount at the Old Country Buffet, & wants to do so with great health & impeccable posture. Scouring for the ideal fundamentals of body wellness & vitality -- like Nicolas Cage searching for a map on the back of the Declaration of Independence -- Jake found his national treasure in the curriculum of flexology. From the office to athletics, from prenatal to post-op, he has a wealth of experience in working with clients ailed by a litany of issues. In addendum to that, Jake is a degree-carrying film school grad, with a focus on writing/directing -- which his obnoxious & garrulous prose, alongside Nicolas Cage references -- might potentially indicate. Whatever your goals may be, Jake will help you achieve them & enjoy the journey.
