      Flexologists

      Mina
      Flexologist
Hi, I’m Mina! I’m a recent graduate of Columbia College SC with a degree in Exercise Science, where I was also a member of the Cross Country and Track team. I was drawn to StretchLab because I deeply value one-on-one time with clients and love being in a friendly environment that promotes growth. I aspire to pursue a career in physical therapy, and StretchLab is the perfect place for me to gain meaningful experience. I’m passionate about the power of movement, the mind-body connection, and adding a personal touch to help others make progress and feel their best. I believe there’s something truly special about stretching—it completes any wellness routine, including my own. In my free time, you’ll find me cooking, crocheting, playing with my cats, and drinking a lot of coffee!

      Flexologist
Hey everyone, my name is Erika! I’m so excited to be working as a Flexologist here at StretchLab! I recently graduated from Newberry College with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. Sports and fitness have been a huge part of my life since I was a little girl—I started playing soccer at age 9 and continued through my freshman year at Converse University (and still play for fun every now and then). I aspire to pursue a career in physical therapy. During college, I interned for two and a half years at Newberry Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Clinic, where I discovered my passion and empathy for helping others reach their goals and feel better in their everyday lives. I’m thrilled to meet new people and help them on their wellness journey here at StretchLab! In my free time, I enjoy going to the gym, spending time with friends and family, going on walks, and visiting cute coffee shops (or anywhere with coffee or matcha!).

      Flexologist
Hi! My name is Anna, and I am an Exercise Science graduate from the College of Charleston. I’ve been a lifelong athlete with backgrounds in gymnastics, dance, and horseback riding. StretchLab allows me to use my knowledge of human performance to guide others in physical self-awareness, proper movement, and self-care. I grew up in Lexington, SC, and I’m very grateful for the opportunity to give back to the community that raised me. If I’m not in the studio, you can usually find me on Lake Murray or riding my horse, Roman, in Aiken, SC!
