    Emily was born and raised in Southern California where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and Nutrition Science at Whittier College. She was the captain of her lacrosse team which helped her learn about the importance of body awareness and maintenance. During her time in California, Emily was a Physical Therapy aide for many years and decided she loved helping and connecting with people. In her free time, her and her husband explore Ohau by hiking, kayaking and enjoying the amazing food. She loves to make people laugh with her bubbly and positive personality. Her career goal is to assist people in living a pain free, energetic, and happy life.

    Rhi is a Kailua girl, raised in Kailua and graduated from Kailua High back in 2012. (Go Surfriders!) She grew up competing in soccer, track, and rodeo… having a passion for sports medicine. So, she attained her Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology & Rehabilitation Science, with a focus in Athletic Training, at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. She worked with UH’s and Kailua High’s Athletic Trainers to provide injury rehabilitation help to the athletes of our community. She also provided rehab/prehab services for our windward side, at physical therapy clinics for several years. Rhiana has worked to helped a vast variety of people, through health and fitness, from keiki (as a soccer & gymnastics coach), elite football athletes, to kupuna through aquatic therapy. She is a Flexologist, Physical Therapy Aide, NASM Certified Personal Trainer and spends her free time playing for a women’s soccer league, surfing, hiking, and chasing after both of her kolohe keiki.

    Ana was born in Colombia, adopted and raised in Germany by American parents. Growing up overseas, she has experienced many different cultures and communities. 3 years ago, she became passionate about health and fitness and in doing so became passionate about others achieving their goals with their wellness. Throughout her many travels, and meeting new people, she felt compelled to help others. This led to her passion for healing through massage and now stretching. She enjoys making others laugh with her bad jokes and bubbly personality. During her free time, you can catch her lifting, hiking, skydiving, reading, doing yoga, or in the water. Her career goal is to open her own business with sports massage and stretching to help athletes with recovery.

    Lana was born and raised on O’ahu. She did dance and competitive gymnastics growing up which is what sparked her interest in body mechanics. She went on to get her bachelors degree in Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia. After graduation, she worked in a clinic as a registered Kinesiologist in Vancouver where she primarily treated patients with motor vehicle accident injuries. She is passionate about using corrective stretching and exercises to help you move better, prevent injuries and lead a more active and comfortable life. In her free time she likes going to the beach, hiking and taking dance classes.

    Jon was born and raised in the Bay Area, CA, and moved to Oahu in December of 2022. He graduated from Arizona State University with his degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, with concentration areas in Business and Wellness Foundations. He grew up playing competitive sports, mainly baseball and football. While playing football at Foothill College in CA, he sustained back-to-back season ending injuries to each of his knees. However, this was a blessing in disguise as it lead him down the path of healing and helping others with injury recovery, and overall health and wellness. He holds various certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, including his Certified Personal Trainer and specializations in Performance Enhancement, Corrective Exercise, and Behavior Change. Jon enjoys sharing his personal story to help motivate others to fight through the hard times and never give up in order achieve the goals they set for themselves!

    Kiana was born and raised on the island of Oʻahu. She attended Saint Mary’s College of California and obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology: Exercise Science with a Minor in Kinesiology: Health Promotion. After discovering her passion for helping other’s after Student Athletic Training for SMC’s Division 1 Men Soccer team and working at a private clinic. She is excited to be helping others reach their health-related goals in life. On her free time, she enjoys free diving, surfing, and hiking. As a Flexologist, her goal is to help everyone with the full benefits of stretching. Take care of your body. It is the only place you have to live.

    While being born and raised in San Francisco, California, Reuben has always had a passion for all things health and wellness. He grew up mainly playing baseball and he also has some dance background in hip-hop and ballroom. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Rehabilitation Sciences from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa and went on to receive his CPT, CES, and BCS through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Concurrently with being a Flexologist, Reuben is also a personal trainer and dance instructor who specializes in strength, rehabilitation, and mind-body connection.

    Originally from Miami, Florida, Paula brings a diverse background to StretchLab Kailua, where she joined the team in June 2025. She moved to Hawaiʻi in the fall of 2022, drawn by a love of nature and a desire to continue her wellness journey in a healing environment. An avid athlete growing up, Paula grew up playing sports like tennis, golf, and volleyball—but soccer was her true passion. Her injuries on the field led to personal experiences with physical therapy, planting the seeds for her future in bodywork and healing. She earned her BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Florida and began her career in the creative industry. Wanting to make a deeper impact on people’s lives, she later returned to school and earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from FIU in Miami. Though she did not pass the national board exam, the experience deepened her passion for bodywork and guided her to become a licensed massage therapist, a role she embraced for five years in South Florida before relocating to Hawaiʻi. Now part of the StretchLab ʻohana, Paula is dedicated to helping clients move with more ease, reduce pain, and reach their functional and recreational goals. Outside the studio, she enjoys connecting with nature, chanting, and exploring a wide variety of holistic healing practices.

    School, where he focused his elective education on weight and resistance training. Growing up athletic, he played a variety of sports, with wrestling being his main passion throughout school. For much of his career, he worked in the restaurant industry, but in 2018 began pursuing his passion for health, wellness, and fitness with the goal of becoming a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. While the pandemic shifted his career back to being a chef, he continued training select individuals—driven by passion rather than profit. Now with StretchLab, Andrew has returned to the health and wellness field, where he finds fulfillment in working one-on-one with people and helping them achieve their wellness goals. Alongside his work with StretchLab, he is also a financial consultant, believing that true well-being comes from both health and wealth—two lifestyles that go hand-in-hand in creating balance and long-term success.

    Originally from Chicago, Sarah holds a degree in Public Health and brings over a decade of experience in massage therapy and patient care to her work. A lifelong dancer and yoga teacher, she’s passionate about movement as a pathway to deeper connection and vitality. Sarah believes that stretching is more than just a physical practice—it’s a powerful way to build body awareness, unlock ease, and create a life you love. Blending her clinical background with intuitive understanding, she creates sessions that help each client reconnect with themselves and move through the world with greater freedom and joy.

    Flexologist

    Matt was born and raised on O’ahu in Hawai’i Kai. He was always extremely active and loved being out hiking in the mountains or on the ocean paddling. He gained an interest for health and wellness early on and this was exacerbated as his canoe paddling career got more and more rigorous and proper recovery became necessary to maintain peak performance. Ultimately leading to winning the High School State Championship in 2017 and earning medals in many canoe races during club season for the past decade. He attended Punahou School where he graduated in 2017. His interest in well-being led him to pursue his Bachelor Degree in Psychology at the University of Hawai’i. During this time he began learning Qi Gong which became one of his greatest passions. He was inspired by the masters in the lineage and how they helped heal people through massage techniques that benefited their mind, body and spirit. With his teachers encouragement he decided to study massage at the Hawai’i Healing Arts College where he will graduate in May 2026. He is interested in all forms of healing as he also interns at Redefined Hawai’i under Dr. Sharma who specializes in Gut Health, IV Therapy, and overall health optimization through biohacking. His main goal is to look, feel and be his best possible self and help others do the same.

    Spencer is a certified Flexologist with over three years of experience at StretchLab Santa Monica and recently relocated to Kailua. He is also a certified personal trainer through the NSCA, bringing a well-rounded approach to movement, strength, and mobility. An avid surfer, hiker, and triathlete, Spencer originally turned to stretching as a way to stay injury-free and support an active lifestyle. What started as a personal practice quickly became a passion for helping others move better and feel better in their bodies. He is dedicated to improving his clients’ quality of life through targeted stretching, helping people of all ages increase mobility, reduce pain, and move with greater ease and confidence.

    Angie was born in New York, moved to Oahu in order to finish her last year of college and obtaining a Bachelor Degree in Sports Science and Human Studies, predominantly taking coursework in Kinesiology. She was a NCAA Division 1 Track and Field Athlete and ran for several Universities including UH Manōa, specializing in the 100 and 200 meter events. She is currently pursuing a professional Track career in Mexico, previously holding the Mexican Record in the 4x100 meter relay. She has spent the last couple of years gaining experience in personal training specifically specializing in learning and providing PT exercises, giving Nutritional advice, and volunteering for UH Manōa’s Athletic Training. Currently working at StretchLab, her goal is to help members achieve their goals and to gain further experience in order to prepare her for PT school.

    Josh was born in Washington state where his parents moved for work, and lived there till he was 7 before moving back home to Hawaii. Josh was involved in sports from a young age and played baseball up until his senior year in high school. After his career in baseball, he still had an ever growing passion for fitness and health and wanted to pursue it as a career. He originally studied to be a physical therapist assistant, but soon shifted to Liberty University where he graduated with a Fitness Specialist degree in May of 2026. In his free time he loves golfing, listening to music, and working out. His career goal is to improve people’s relationships with health and fitness and ultimately, improve people’s relationships with themselves.
