      Jack
      Jack
      Flexologist
Jack is really enthusiastic about helping people move more, move better, and move with less pain. After majoring in Finance and working in the field for several years, he decided to find a career that was more personally meaningful. He obtained an Associate's degree in Therapeutic Massage, a certification in neuromuscular therapy, and a certification in Active Release Technique (ART) as well. Soft-tissue work and stretching helped immensely in recovering from shoulder labral tears that he experienced in college; so he can speak personally to the benefit of both, and wouldn't practice any technique on anyone else that he hasn’t already done on himself. Jack also worked at a StretchLab franchise on the mainland. In his spare time, you can primarily find him picking up heavy things and putting them back down (weightlifting), rolling around on the floor (BJJ), and squeezing in quality time with family and friends.

He pursued this calling by moving to Paia and enrolling at the Maui Academy of Healing Arts and became a Licensed Massage Therapist. When Avery isn’t reminding people to breathe into the stretch (at work), you can find him relaxing by watching football and getting outside.
