Flexologist
Chris Haynes is a dedicated Flexologist at StretchLab Harrisburg and the owner of CH3 Training, where he helps athletes and adults move better, perform better, and feel stronger in their bodies every day.
Chris specializes in developing basketball players through high-level skills training combined with structured strength and conditioning, helping athletes become faster, stronger, more explosive, and more confident on the court. He has also gained valuable experience working with professional athletes through his time with Unrivaled, the professional women’s 3-on-3 basketball league, further strengthening his approach to elite performance training.
Beyond sports performance, Chris works with the general population to improve mobility, reduce pain, lose body fat, and build sustainable, functional fitness habits that carry over into everyday life.
He holds a degree in Kinesiology from Penn State Harrisburg and brings years of hands-on experience as a trainer and former fitness director. His coaching combines science-backed training methods with individualized programming so each client—whether an athlete or someone just getting started—can improve flexibility, strength, and confidence while moving at their highest level. 💪
