I am a graduate of St. Catherine University, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, and I am currently pursuing my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. As a retired gymnast, I have always appreciated the balance between strength, flexibility, and mindful movement. I am passionate about understanding each individual’s unique needs and helping restore confidence, comfort, and ease of movement. When I’m not in the studio, I enjoy going on walks and hikes, cycling, exploring new coffee shops, and relaxing with a good show.

I hold my B.S. in Exercise Science from Southwest State Minnesota University with an emphasis as an Exercise Specialist. I have been a StretchLab-certified Flexologist since 2021 and my greatest passion is coaching + educating my members on mobility and movement as well as celebrating the big + small wins. When I'm not at StretchLab, you can catch me on the Lake with my paddle board, trying a new workout class, or fueling my shopping addiction.
