      Hey there, I'm Laurel! Artistic Swimming, formerly known as synchronized swimming, has been the cornerstone of my life as both an athlete and coach for the Canadian National Team. My commitment to this sport runs deep, and I've spent years honing my skills and knowledge to excel in it. I'm proud to hold the title of Chartered Professional Coach from the Coaches Association of Canada, alongside a Bachelor's Degree in Communications. But my journey into flexibility began long before these achievements. From a young age, my love for flexibility played a crucial role in my success, helping me stand out as one of the most agile athletes throughout my 17-year career. I firmly believe in the power of daily stretching routines to keep injuries at bay, even amidst the rigorous demands of high-level competition. Now, my pursuits have expanded to include strength training and competing in triathlons, all fueled by my unwavering dedication to fitness and well-being.
