I have been a Flexologist with StretchLab since July 2021. Prior to joining StretchLab I worked as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient orthopedic office. I am a proud graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, obtaining my Doctorate in Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. I have experience working with a wide range of individuals including young athletes, individuals with comorbidities, and our aging population. What I love most about working at StretchLab is helping people achieve their individual movement goals. I value the opportunity to help reduce an individual’s pain and stiffness, while also improving their overall functional mobility and quality of life. When not at StretchLab, I enjoy spending time with my family, working out, and cheering on my favorite sports teams including the Mets, Jets, Islanders, and my alma mater, Pitt Panthers.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from New York Institute of Technology, where I also worked as a research assistant focusing on diabetes prevention and VO₂ max sports performance testing. I’ve had the privilege of publishing research in scientific journals during my time as a research assistant. I obtained an ACSM certified personal trainer certification, working with those who enjoyed CrossFit. During some free time, I volunteered to work with individuals living with Parkinson’s disease and teaching youth in underserved communities about exercise. At StretchLab, I love helping clients reduce daily pain and improve their ease with everyday movements. It’s incredibly rewarding to support their journey toward greater mobility and comfort.

I studied Exercise Science at York College, where I developed a strong foundation in movement science and exercise. Since then, l've worked as a personal trainer for over five years and gained hands-on rehab experience as a physical therapy aide. I've trained clients of all ages, helping them build strength, recover from injuries, and improve their overall fitness. Outside of work, I stay active through sports like football, basketball, soccer, and volleyball-and l've even competed in a powerlifting competition. I'm passionate about staying physical and helping others do the same.

I graduated from SUNY Cortland in 2024 with a Bachelor’s degree in Fitness Development. I have always been passionate about health and wellness as I was an athlete my whole life, playing basketball and softball. Doing an internship at Jag Physical Therapy made me realize even more how much I enjoy working with patients/clients. Working at StretchLab gives me the opportunity to do what I love, helping individuals achieve their goals and feel their best!

I’ve spent the last 17 years helping people move and feel better through mindful, functional, and personalized training. After earning a Finance degree and spending the early part of my career on Wall Street, I stepped away to raise my family and pursue a life that aligned more closely with my passion for wellness. Since then, I’ve become a certified personal trainer, yoga teacher, group fitness instructor, and Flexologist, with credentials from NASM, AFAA, and ECIT. I’ve completed over 500 hours of Yoga Alliance training—including Yoga for Cancer (Y4C)—and hold many more additional certifications in mobility, strength, and recovery. I believe in the power of assisted stretching to create real change in how people move and feel in their bodies, and I love bringing my experience into a space that’s truly client-centered. My goal is simple: help people feel stronger, freer, and more at ease in their bodies—at any stage of life. Outside the studio, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, hanging out with my dog Molly, and staying active in all kinds of ways. Movement is more than exercise to me—it’s a lifelong journey of connection, strength, and play.

I am a NASM Personal Trainer. I have worked with clients of all walks of life. I have been 300 lbs in my life and now have a great appreciation for health and fitness, as it has improved my life in a number of ways. I practice what I preach, as I stretch after most workouts, or at least try to. I deeply believe in the importance of stretching whether you have been working out for years or you don't do it at all. I like to see people feel good in their bodies and this is one measure you can take. In my free time I love to travel, hike, and generally do things outdoors. The thing I appreciate most about StretchLab is the wealth of knowledge that I have learned in order to give my clients the best experience possible.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of the West Indies, Trinidad and Tobago. My journey started at a rehab clinic, where I discovered a deeper love for Anatomy and how the body works. That experience inspired my ultimate goal—to become a Physical Therapist and help people recover step by step from accidents, surgeries, or everyday injuries. As a Flexologist, I’m here to help you boost your flexibility, support your recovery, and give your body the reset it needs after a long day. Let’s get your body moving the way it’s meant to!

I graduated with my Masters of Athletic Training from Stony Brook University in 2022. I also have a Bachelors in Sports Science Fitness management from North Carolina A&T State University in 2017. I am an injury prevention Coordinator that assesses safety risks for employees. I began my journey as a Flexologist March 2025. Although I have been a Flexologist for a short period of time, I have learned a lot from my time here at StretchLab. I am grateful to be in a position to provide a service that will help our clients in their day to day activities. In my spare time, I enjoy working out and playing flag football. I look forward to helping you achieve your goals.

I have a Coach/Personal Training background, earning my Personal Training Certifications with ISSA and AAAI/ISMA. My discipline mainly focuses on Calisthenics/Gymnastics, Kettlebells and Mixed Martial Arts. Throughout my career, I've learned about how much I'm interested in the idea of Exercise Science and how the body works which leads me to study on those topics in my free time. Along with that, I like the idea that I get to share my passion and knowledge towards others as I help them become a better version of themselves. StretchLab has reinforced my passion and knowledge on body mechanics, leading me to use all my experiences to be a blessing to everyone with confidence. In my free time, I like to be with my wife, my son and step son, work out, walk outside and especially spend some time reading and listening to audiobooks.

I graduated from the University of Tampa in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and in 2024 I became a certified Yoga Instructor through As I Am School of Yoga and Healing Arts. I highly value the importance of movement, mobility, and mindfulness in our daily lives, and I am passionate about helping others to feel at ease in our bodies and minds. In my free time, I’m usually walking in nature, practicing on my yoga mat, or on the floor petting my cats. At StretchLab, I deeply appreciate the connections I’ve built with my clients and the opportunity to tailor my work toward each client’s needs.
