  • Adriane Anile

    Lead Flexologist

Adriane is our Lead Flexologist and has been with StretchLab Fort Collins since the studio’s opening. She is trained in the Rolf Method of Structural Integration and is also a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Several years ago, chronic back and neck pain- mainly from working as a nurse- led her to Structural Integration, a form of myofascial massage therapy that dramatically improved her chronic pain. Since then, Adriane has been deeply dedicated to her healing and taking care of her body- incorporating regular bodywork sessions, yoga, and consistent stretching into her routine to stay as pain-free and mobile as possible. Her passion for the benefits of yoga and stretching inspired her to become a Yin Yoga instructor and eventually a Flexologist. Adriane’s most important goal is to assist clients in seeking their body’s highest potential and to help them achieve more comfort and ease in the body. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge, experience, and the profound effects of assisted stretching.
