I earned my A.S. in Math and Science from Los Medanos College and my B.S. in Kinesiology - Exercise Science from Cal Poly Humboldt. My academic background centers on science, movement, human health, and I am working toward becoming a certified X-Ray Technician. I'm passionate about patient care, applied science, and continuing professional growth in healthcare. Outside of work, I love being outdoors and staying active through yoga, hiking, running, biking, and playing softball. I am currently training towards a half marathon later in the year. I've always had a big heart for animals, and recently rescued a kitten. I care deeply about my family and enjoy helping and motivating others to reach their goals. What I enjoy most about StretchLab is being able to apply my knowledge of the human body to help people move more comfortably with less pain. Supporting clients as they progress, hit milestones, and feel better is one of the most fulfilling parts of my work. I also value the relationships built with clients while being part of their wellness journey.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and am currently in my first year of Physical Therapy school at Northern Arizona University. From an early age, I have been involved in organized sports and over the years I have developed a passion for helping others in a hands-on capacity. I love to learn about the body and share the knowledge with you all so that you can also learn how to be healthier and move better! I am passionate about helping others to become the best they can be. Every summer, I love to work with young children and help them learn how to swim. I enjoy moving around and being active, and I love to play basketball whenever I can. Helping others to better themselves if something I care about a lot and it is the driving factor as to why I am pursuing PT as a career! I love how StretchLab can allow you to reconnect your brain with your body. I find that assisted stretching really helps people to build that connection and allows for people to move in ways they could not on their own. Being able to work in a one-on-one setting really allows for me to build rapport with you and allows me to personalize your program to fit your needs and help you to reach you goals!

I recently graduated with a B.S. in Health & Exercise Science from Syracuse University and am currently pursuing my Master of Public Health (MPH) at the University of San Francisco. I've always been interested in how the body moves, recovers, adapts, and how improving mobility can make everyday life feel easier and less painful. I'm also currently working toward my CSCS certification to continue growing as a coach and practitioner. I'm currently training for a future triathlon, which has made stretching and recovery a huge part of my daily routine. Outside of StretchLab, I enjoy watching the 49ers, trying new restaurants around the Bay Area, and staying active in ways that support both performance and long-term health. What I love most about StretchLab is the opportunity to work one-on-one with clients, building real connections, and helping them move better and feel stronger. Seeing clients go from feeling stiff, limited, or in pain to moving more freely and confidently is incredibly rewarding. Being part of that progress, even in small ways, is what makes this work meaningful to me.

Hi everyone, I’m Kat! I graduated with my degree in Physical therapy and I am currently studying for my license to be a physical therapist! Since the 2nd grade I played basketball, and so since then I’ve always been passionate about the human body and how stretching and strengthening can improve performance. I’m constantly trying to learn new techniques and ways to improve the experience for myself and the client. I love being able to play a role in people improving themselves in any way possible. I want to continue to make an impact on people’s quality of life. StretchLab is a great place to not only improve people’s flexibility and quality of life, but also to make life lasting connections with our clients.

I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from Isra University in Jordan, where I built a strong understanding of movement, anatomy, and recovery. I enjoy using what I've learned to help people move better and feel more comfortable in their bodies. Staying active is a big part of my life. I love working out at the gym and playing tennis, and movement is something I truly enjoy, not just teach. It helps me connect with others and understand the importance of flexibility, strength, and balance. What I love about StretchLab is the personalized approach and focus on helping people feel better through assisted stretching. I enjoy creating a positive, welcoming space where clients leave feeling lighter, more mobile, and refreshed.
