Terry is a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist with a passion for helping others transform their health and lifestyle. His journey began with a personal decision to take control of his life, losing over 75 pounds and gaining a deeper understanding of fitness, nutrition, and sustainable habits.
After experiencing a back injury, he turned to stretching and rehabilitation, which completely changed how his body moved and felt. That experience led him to pursue StretchLab, where he is passionate about helping clients experience the same benefits and educating them on how assisted stretching can improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life.
He specializes in one-on-one assisted stretching using the PNF method, with a strong focus on improving flexibility, joint range of motion, and muscle recovery. His background in personal training allows him to better understand movement patterns and muscular imbalances, enabling him to tailor each session to the individual’s needs. He works with clients to address tightness, support injury prevention and recovery, enhance athletic performance, and improve overall mobility. He also incorporates tools such as trigger point therapy, foam rolling, and percussion therapy to maximize results, while creating personalized plans that help clients reach their long-term goals.
