Currently pursuing his degree in Exercise Science, he’s on a mission to merge the worlds of body and mind, helping members move, think, and feel their best. Beyond the ‘Lab, Kenny is a published fiction and motivational writer, channeling creativity and inspiration into everything he does. From wrestling on the mat to soaring on the basketball court, Kenny embodies the perfect blend of strength, finesse, and heart. Steady and big-hearted, Kenny brings a joyful, calm, consistently grounding energy—and he and his wife Monica are all-in on wellness and a healthy lifestyle.

      Meet Lirim! With nearly 20 years of experience and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from William Paterson University, Lirim brings unmatched expertise to every session. From teens to seniors, he’s helped clients of all ages reach their fitness goals through a balance of knowledge, precision, and care. Originally from New York, Lirim loves all things golf, baseball, hockey, and football—and when he’s not in the ‘Lab, he’s enjoying time with his two kids and the occasional cheeseburger or slice of New York pizza. Join Lirim for a session that blends passion, expertise, and a love for the game—and get ready to talk muscle mechanics while you stretch! Our members count on his steady, consistent care—Lirim shows up locked in and focused, every session.

      Meet Roman! With a strong background in healthcare and environmental science, Roman brings both curiosity and care to every stretch. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from UMD College Park and is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at UMD Baltimore. Roman has gained hands-on experience at multiple rehabilitation facilities, including the University of Maryland Medical Center, where he’s honed his skills in helping people move and feel their best. Dedicated, thoughtful, and passionate about wellness, Roman blends knowledge and empathy to guide every client on their journey toward better health. Fun Fact: Roman grew up learning about the body from his father, who’s chiropractic practice used to be in this very location over 20 years ago! It’s really come full circle

      Meet Ying! With over 10 years of experience in sports medicine and bodywork, Ying is known for her calm, confident presence and her ability to help members move with ease and awareness. A Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), she has a gift for reading the body and explaining the why behind each movement—helping every stretch feel both intentional and empowering. Though she holds two master’s degrees in Emerging Media and Athletic Administration, Ying discovered her true passion wasn’t behind a desk—it was using her knowledge of the human body to help people feel better in theirs. Off the stretch bench, Ying pours her heart into hockey and StretchLab—from coaching collegiate goalies to handling studio operational items behind the scenes. She’s well known in the hockey community for her dedication and coaching expertise. When she’s not in motion, you’ll find her recharging with her partner and their dog, soaking in the simple joys of life.

      Meet Jasmin! A proud Salisbury University grad with a B.S. in Exercise Science and hands-on physical therapy experience, Jasmin is passionate about helping people feel better through movement that’s simple, smart, and sustainable. She brings a calm, friendly, grounded energy to the bench—and while she’s soft-spoken, her sessions are often full of laughter thanks to her easy ability to connect with anyone. Her approach is well-rounded and practical: clear cues, gentle progressions, and take-home tips you can use between visits to keep the momentum going. Jasmin keeps leveling up, blending her exercise science roots with practical coaching that meets you where you are. Outside the ’Lab, she’s into hiking, tennis, and fantasy novels—and quality time with her border collie, Max. Go Eagles!

      Meet Kelsea! With nearly a decade in fitness management and personal training, plus several years of assisted stretching before joining StretchLab, Kelsea brings deep, real-world body knowledge to every session. She earned a perfect 100% on her StretchLab certification practical—the first time we’ve ever seen it—and it shows in her precise, confident techniques. Armed with a Bachelor’s in Business Management from Hampton University, Kelsea connects with all kinds of people and explains how our program can genuinely improve daily life. She’s also introduced new stretch techniques and helped train the team, raising the bar for results-driven care. Fun fact: when she’s off the clock, Kelsea’s favorite recovery is cuddling with her pit bull.

      Meet Jana! A University of Maryland grad with a B.S. in Kinesiology, Jana brings several years of experience as a physical therapy/sports rehab tech. Now pursuing her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at UMD, she blends mobilization and assisted stretching to create meaningful results. She’s known for giving real thought to every question—never brushing things off—and her passion for helping people shines through. Jana aims to specialize in amputee care, pairing deep knowledge with genuine care so every stretch feels intentional and empowering. A former wrestler, she brings grit and body awareness to every session—and recharges on the trails outside of work.

      Meet Ken! A former collegiate baseball player and 4-year team captain, Ken earned his Bachelor’s in Business from Lycoming College with minors in Economics and Sociology and has a personal training background. After battling sciatica, an ACL tear, and even playing through multiple facial fractures, he developed an intuitive feel and understanding of the body that fuels his passion for sports performance and injury prevention. Ken brings a coach’s mindset and genuine empathy to every session, problem-solving each stretch with curiosity and care. When he’s not in the ’Lab, he’s watching baseball, cooking, baking something delicious, or keeping his teenage and toddler sisters out of trouble — the protective big brother on and off the studio floor.

      Meet Shantae! Before joining us at StretchLab, she worked as a physical therapist in Jamaica, bringing a wealth of knowledge and healing energy to every session. She’s skilled in assisted stretching and stability work, with a deep understanding of the body that helps her personalize stretches on the fly! Members love her calming presence and relaxing vibe — and when she’s not in the ‘Lab, you can find her lifting at the gym or flowing through yoga poses. Fun fact: Shantae is also a trained makeup artist — proof that her magic touch goes way beyond stretching!

      Meet Brendan! A University of Memphis alum with a B.S. in Health Studies (with a concentration in Exercise Science & Sports Movement Science), Brendan brings strong knowledge of the body to the bench. Now earning his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Howard University, he delivers precise, evidence-informed care every session. With an analytical mind and deep understanding of the body, he bridges physical therapy and assisted stretching to help you move better and feel stronger. He loves sharing simple, practical “homework” so progress continues between visits. Fun fact: Brendan’s favorite pastimes are long-distance running and reading. Get ready to stretch smarter with Brendan!

      Meet Zee! Known for her warm, uplifting energy and supportive guidance, Zee brings ease and encouragement into every session. With a background in Thai yoga, she blends those techniques with assisted stretching to create a uniquely restorative experience tailored to each member. She’s also completing her 200-hour yoga teacher training, continually leveling up her craft to help you move easier and feel better—during the session and long after. Off the bench, Zee is co-developing The Collective SōL with a like-minded team—a women’s community for connection, growth, and empowerment.

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      One on one session with a Flexologist

      One on One

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
