    Katie

    Lead Flexologist

Hello! My name is Katie Chapin and I’ve been with StretchLab as a Flexologist since July of 2023. I have been an athlete my whole life and received my BFA in Dance from San Jose State University. Outside the studio and throughout my professional career, I have worked with athletes of all ages, training them on how to work towards increased flexibility and peak physical performance on their own. Inside the studio as our lead flexologist, I carry that forward and help our clients improve their own range of motion so they can live life with less restrictions.

    Flexologist

I’m Justin. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from CSUN and a strong background in both fitness and rehab. I spent 2 years working as the lead physical therapy aide at a PT clinic, helping everyone from athletes to older adults improve their movement, reduce pain, and recover from injury. I’ve been lifting for over 8 years, starting with powerlifting, then transitioning into bodybuilding, where I now compete and coach. As a bodybuilding and fitness coach, I help people get in shape, move better, and develop the mindset needed to reach their full potential both in and out of the gym. My approach blends strength training with stretching and mobility work to help clients build muscle, move efficiently, and perform at their best. I’ve continued my education through courses like Pre-Script Level 1, J3U (John Jewett University), and HCU (Hypertrophy Coach University), which have all helped shape my approach to smart, effective training built around longevity and performance.

I am an Athletic Trainer with a B.S. in Athletic Training from Washington State University. During my time there, I worked with all Division 1 sports and their Athletic Training staff. I worked with Division 1 athletes in their offseason, preseason, and during season. Senior year I worked exclusively with the cross country and track and field team. My passion is in anatomy and kinesiology as they were my favorite subjects in school. I love sports, family, movies, and spending time with my dog Cooper. I am currently working on applying to Physical Therapy School to continue my education as a health care professional. I love what I do and I wish to bring health back into people’s lives in an impactful way. It can start here at Stretch Lab!
