I have been practicing and instructing yoga for more than a decade and am very passionate about helping individuals improve their mobility and agility through stretching. My hobbies include cooking, hiking and spending time with my family. I look forward to working with you so that I can help you reach your fitness and flexibility goals.

      Hello! I am Sophia. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science and Pre-Physical Therapy from Oakland University. I have extensive experience coaching dance and gymnastics with the priority being keeping students safe and teaching them how to have fun while staying active. As a former Physical Therapy Rehabilitation Aide, I am able to support clients on proper mobility techniques. I am currently pursuing my Nutrition and Personal Training Certifications. Being a Flexologist allows me to help others achieve their health goals while also staying inspired and motivated by a great team and environment. In my spare time, I enjoy staying active, traveling, and spending time with family.

      Hello! I’m Kayla Doan. I'm a Certified Personal Trainer and am very passionate about fitness! I currently compete in the NPC doing body building competitions. I have a BS degree in Dietetics from Michigan State University and a BS degree in Wellness Health Promotion and Injury prevention with a minor in Nutrition from Oakland University. I also have extensive experience with behavior therapy for children who have autism. While at Oakland University, I ran Division 1 cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track. I went on to run marathons after college as well as qualifying for the Boston marathon. I look forward to seeing you in the studio soon!

      Hi I am Kayla Smith! I work full time as a Production Team Leader at a company named ZF; we produce ABS systems. I am certified in Corrective Exercise, Body Building, Nutrition, and Personal Training through ISSA. I also have experience in behavioral health and customer service. In my free time my hobbies are working out and occasionally I like to rock hunt up north! I take stretching and mobility very seriously. I strive to make sure my clients are confident not only in their bodies but also knowing that I have the knowledge to help with their needs when it comes to health and wellness!       Hello! I am Alex. I am a graduate of MSU's Kinesiology program and I completed the PRIME Post Baccalaureate at Case Western Reserve University. I plan to attend medical school and major in physical medicine or orthopedic surgery. I enjoy basketball, football and soccer. As a Flexologist, I am able to use a hands-on approach to help people feel better, which is what I want to do later in life as well. I look forward helping you improve your range of motion and become a better mover.

      Hello, my name is Sam. I achieved my Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Exercise Science from Grand Valley and my Masters in Sports Science and Rehabilitation from Logan University. I am currently pursuing my Physical Therapy Assistant degree at Baker College. I have previous experience working as a physical therapy technician, personal trainer, and a rehab specialist. I’m excited to help individuals at StretchLab achieve their fitness goals, stretching and flexibility goals. In my spare time, I love the outdoors, whether that be going on walks or hikes with my husband and my two labs. I also enjoy traveling to new places in the summer with our camper or taking weekend trips. I’ve always had a passion for helping others and I’m looking forward to creating connections with members and helping them reach their goals. Can’t wait to see you in the studio!

      Hi! I am Bella. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science from GVSU and I am certified in CPR/AED and First Aid. I have extensive experience helping patients who have suffered traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, strokes, and amputations regain their ability to perform daily functions. I dedicated over 300 hours to the Special Olympics helping kids and young adults with special needs learn exercises and stretches needed for their sport. Sports and athletics have been important to me my entire life, playing soccer, track, and skiing. In my spare time, I enjoy skiing, kayaking, paddleboarding and hiking. I primarily work weekday evenings and Saturdays and look forward to seeing you in the studio!

      Hello! I am Olivia! I have a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Michigan University in Sports Performance and Fitness Entrepreneurship. I have played sports my entire life including basketball, soccer, track, swimming and frisbee. My experience includes developing personalized fitness programs for clients at the YMCA in Ann Arbor. I have coached and refereed youth sports prioritizing safety and proper techniques. Currently, I am a youth gymnastics coach. I enjoy helping others and having fun. I look forward to seeing you in the studio!

      Hello! I am Megan. I have a bachelor's degree from U of M in Kinesiology and a Master's Degree from Pennsylvania Western University in Sports Psychology. I am currently pursuing my massage therapy license, including a course on dynamic and static stretching. I participated in cross country, basketball and softball in my youth and have experience as a gymnastics coach. I will be in the studio Wednesday through Saturday mornings and look forward to seeing you soon!

      Hello! I am Iyana! I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Pilates instructor and Certified Group Fitness Instructor. I am currently enrolled at Eastern Michigan University pursuing my Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. I teach aerial yoga classes, and my past experiences includes teaching dance and cheer. I grew up as a dancer and my love for fitness really sparked when I began teaching aerial classes. I look forward to seeing you in the studio!

I am a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and certified group fitness instructor specializing in Les Mills BodyPump & BodyFlow. In addition to fitness, I am a certified Peer Recovery Coach, helping individuals navigate substance use and mental health challenges providing guidance, encouragement, and support. I recognize the powerful connection between mental and physical health and how hands-on stretching improves flexibility, reduces muscle tension, enhances circulation and promotes relaxation—supporting physical recovery and mental clarity. I am excited to be part of a team on the cutting edge of stretching’s benefits—from weight loss and body modifications to enhanced cognition and quality longevity. The science behind stretching continues to evolve. Together let's unlock its full potential to feel and move better every day. I am blessed to be the mother of four. When I’m not cheering them on at their sporting events, you’ll find me chasing the wind on my Harley.

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
