    Meet Kelliann, a lifelong student of movement. She has participated in and taught numerous dance classes, ballet, tap and jazz. After she and her husband had a family of 3 children, they decided it would be best for her to stay home with their boys. She found herself being a stay-at-home mom. It's then that she found Yoga and loved it! She is now a Yoga Alliance 500RYT certified teacher and has been since April 2011. Kelliann believes that movement with the support of breath, intention, commitment and consistency will do nothing but improve your life!

She started in pre-med and finished her degree in business, then managed nurses for many years at Penn. While working in traditional healthcare, she went to yoga school (200 RYT), became an ACE personal trainer, learned Reiki and has taught yoga for over 20 years. She is an experienced flexologist who stays current with traditional and holistic modalities as well as her continuing education courses -her latest certification in corrective exercise is pending. She combines traditional and holistic modalities to help each individual achieve their own health and wellness goals.

    Sara competed in multiple sports growing up, including playing at the collegiate level for soccer. After spending many years in athletics and going through several injuries, she always promotes the importance of stretching as part of the overall health of an individual as well as to optimize performance and mobility. She has taken that lifelong love for health and wellness towards a career in the field by completing her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from Penn State. Sara is pursuing a master’s degree in nursing in hopes of combining her passions of healthcare and fitness by specializing in sports medicine. Beyond that, Sara spends her free time at the gym, going for runs, painting, or reading books.

She is passionate about helping people move better, build strength, and feel confident in their bodies. Her philosophy is simple: health isn’t about perfection—it’s just about showing up.

    Deja graduated in 2024 with a degree in Kinesiology, Health & Sport Sciences, and continued her education through the American College of Sports Medicine, earning her certificate in Exercise Physiology. Deja started her career as a flexologist in 2025. Becoming a flexologist has allowed her to combine her expertise with her passion for improving overall wellness. Deja believes that life is truly better when you feel good in your body, and Stretchlab provides the perfect space for her to help her clients to enhance their mobility, performance, and everyday function. With a lifelong involvement in athletics, Deja has experience in a wide variety of sports. She currently coaches competitive gymnastics, cheerleading, and dance.

    Jacob Tracey is a U.S. Navy veteran, certified personal trainer, and Exercise Science graduate student with over 15 years of training experience. His passion for health and fitness extends beyond strength training and athletic performance to helping people move better, recover effectively, and improve their overall quality of life. Drawing from his military background, fitness experience, and academic studies, Jacob understands the important role flexibility, mobility, and recovery play in long-term health and performance. Having worked through his own injuries and movement limitations, he appreciates the value of maintaining healthy movement patterns at every stage of life. Jacob is committed to helping clients improve flexibility, reduce pain and stiffness, enhance performance, and move with greater confidence so they can continue doing the activities they enjoy most.

    Kacei Womack, a Philadelphia native, attended Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania and received her Bachelor of Arts in Dance, with a concentration in Performance and Choreography. She taught dance, pilates, water aerobics, and strength training classes. Kacei holds a Master of Arts in Dance/Movement Therapy, with a concentration in Couples and Family Therapy from Antioch University of New England and is a Registered Dance/Movement Therapist (R-DMT) through the American Dance Therapy Association (ADTA). Kacei facilitates emotional education and wellness workshops using talk and movement therapy to increase emotional regulation, body awareness, and kinesthetic empathy. Kacei chose this path of movement to fulfill her innate love for healing people. She seeks to bring awareness, collaboration, and liberating movement to each person she encounters.

    Candice Francis is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and StretchLab Flexologist with a passion for helping people move with more freedom and confidence. Growing up in Jamaica, she taught herself to dance through curiosity, persistence and countless hours of practice, a passion that inspired her career in movement. She believe everyone deserves to move freely. She sees stretching as an important part of caring for your body, helping you stay active and continue doing the things you love. She enjoys creating personalized stretch sessions that meet each client where they are, helping them to move better, feel better, and get more out of everyday life. Outside of StretchLab, Candice continues to share her love for movement by teaching Afro-Caribbean dance fitness classes that celebrate culture, connection, and the joy of moving your body.
