      I am the Lead Flexologist here at Stretchlab. I am a dedicated rehabilitation professional who has a true passion for leadership making me a trusted mentor in the industry. With a background rooted in the art of stretching, I understand the profound impact that flexibility and mobility have on living a vibrant and balanced life. I honed a unique approach to wellness, emphasizing the importance of tailored rehab and mobility regimens that empower individuals to reach their full potential and live an optimal lifestyle.

      Meet Kelliann, a lifelong student of movement. She has participated in and taught numerous dance classes, ballet, tap and jazz. After she and her husband had a family of 3 children, they decided it would be best for her to stay home with their boys. She found herself being a stay-at-home mom. It's then that she found Yoga and loved it! She is now a Yoga Alliance 500RYT certified teacher and has been since April 2011. Kelliann believes that movement with the support of breath, intention, commitment and consistency will do nothing but improve your life!

      I am a health and wellness enthusiast and absolute nerd for all sciences involving health and wellness. I love to read research papers and stay up to date with the new science in exercise science and physical therapy as well as health supplementation and even endocrinology. I've been a certified trainer 7 years as of this past January and have worked as a PTA in doctors offices as well. I love sports and have played Baseball, football, basketball, and ran track. Basketball was my favorite sport during my highschool sports career and still remains my favorite sport to watch and also play. I like to also watch sporting events in my spare time, regardless of what sport, such as nascar, hockey and other sports that I personally haven't tried. I just love competition of any kind so I can appreciate any sport even though I haven't participated in it. A fun fact about me is that even though I'm really into health and fitness, I have competed at large video game tournaments and have over 1,000 dollars from video games as well as having won multiple trophies and competed in front of hundreds of people at the age of 16.

      Jerrie has maintained a dual interest in traditional and holistic modalities for many years. She started in pre-med and finished her degree in business, then managed nurses for many years at Penn. While working in traditional healthcare, she went to yoga school (200 RYT), became an ACE personal trainer, learned Reiki and has taught yoga for over 20 years. She is an experienced flexologist who stays current with traditional and holistic modalities as well as her continuing education courses -her latest certification in corrective exercise is pending. She combines traditional and holistic modalities to help each individual achieve their own health and wellness goals.

      Damion is a seasoned Massage Therapist and Certified Lymphatic Drainage Therapist with over 14 years of experience in New York. Specializing in Deep Tissue, Medical, and Sports massage, Damion has built a reputation for his expertise and dedication to client care. Recently, he earned his Flexologist Certification from StretchLab and is eager to leverage his extensive background to help our clients achieve optimal body balance and wellness.

      Sara competed in multiple sports growing up, including playing at the collegiate level for soccer. After spending many years in athletics and going through several injuries, she always promotes the importance of stretching as part of the overall health of an individual as well as to optimize performance and mobility. She has taken that lifelong love for health and wellness towards a career in the field by completing her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from Penn State. Sara is pursuing a master’s degree in nursing in hopes of combining her passions of healthcare and fitness by specializing in sports medicine. Beyond that, Sara spends her free time at the gym, going for runs, painting, or reading books.

      I'm Craig, and I've been a massage therapist for a decade. The journey that started with massage has continued into the realm of stretch therapy because my attention has been grabbed by the power of stretch techniques in restoring and maintaining wellness. I have studied engineering, sciences, and enjoy international travel, cinema, Americana, jazz and classical music.

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
