      Kristen Large proudly leads StretchLab Aurora Newmarket's Flexologist team. With over 25 years of dedicated experience in the fitness and wellness industry, Kristen has been a transformative force in the lives of her clients since founding her personal training business in 1996. Her expertise spans corporate and private coaching, focusing on guiding clients toward sustainable health and longevity goals. Kristen holds various certifications, including Personal Training, Functional Movement, Nutrition, Health Care, Pilates, Biofield Therapy, and Stretch Therapy. She is also a skilled workshop facilitator, regularly leading women's health and fitness workshops to empower individuals with education, practical tools, and lasting motivation. As our Lead Flexologist, Kristen is passionate about preventive health and mobility training, imparting her wisdom, approach and experience to her team. Her approach emphasizes fostering a deeper mind-to-muscle connection, improving range of motion, and enhancing overall function. Kristen’s sessions are enriched by her expertise in using advanced recovery tools such as the massage gun, offering a unique edge in addressing muscle tension and improving flexibility. A former competitive bodybuilder with 13 competitions to her name, Kristen understands the discipline and adaptability required to maintain health and wellness through life's transitions. Now in her 50s, she advocates for embracing change and evolving one’s approach to fitness and movement. Kristen’s holistic philosophy is rooted in resilience, adaptability, and lifelong learning, empowering her clients to move better, feel stronger, and thrive in their health journeys.

      Madelyn (Maddy) Brown is a passionate advocate for movement and wellness! With a degree in Kinesiology and currently working toward becoming a chiropractor, Maddy brings both knowledge and hands-on expertise to help you keep your body moving and feeling its best. Her interest in exercise and athletics drives her passion for helping clients improve flexibility, ease tension, and boost overall performance through stretching. Outside the studio, Maddy likes to stay active, try new fitness trends, and share tips to help others live healthy, balanced lives. Whether you’re an athlete, a weekend warrior, or just hoping to touch your toes again, Maddy’s got your back (literally)!

      Tamara Bally is a dedicated dance professional with a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology for dancers, earned through an Honours Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Dance. Her academic journey has provided her with a deep understanding of the mechanics of movement, injury prevention, and performance optimization. As a former ISSA and Can-Fit Pro-certified Personal Trainer, Tamara combines her knowledge of fitness with her passion for dance to develop holistic training programs tailored to meet the unique needs of performers and fitness enthusiasts alike. During her career as a professional dancer, she incorporated regular stretching—particularly Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) stretching—into her regimen, recognizing its transformative benefits for flexibility, strength, and recovery. Now, Tamara channels her expertise into serving her community by empowering others to improve their physical and mental well-being through the art and science of PNF stretching. Her mission is to help individuals of all backgrounds unlock their full potential, prevent injuries, and achieve a deeper connection with their bodies. Through her guidance, Tamara inspires a commitment to self-care and movement, proving that flexibility and strength go beyond the studio—they’re essential tools for a balanced and thriving life.

      Madison Jenkins is a passionate and dedicated individual with a lifelong love for movement and the arts. Dancing since the age of 3 and playing soccer since 5, she has cultivated a deep connection to both disciplines, allowing them to shape her holistic approach to physical health and well-being. As a graduate of an art high school specializing in dance, she refined her craft in an environment that fostered creativity and discipline. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology at York University, Madison is deeply committed to understanding the science of human movement and how it impacts overall health and performance. This academic path reflects her lifelong passion for the physical and creative arts. Outside of her studies, Madison is an animal lover, having pets like cats and frogs at home, as well as enjoying immersing herself in music and going to the gym. She values building meaningful connections with others, always seeking to offer support for those around her. With her diverse background and a heart for helping others, she is driven to make a positive impact on the lives of those she encounters. Here at StretchLab as a Flexologist Madison uses both her education and her knowledge from her sports to provide safe and effective stretches to meet your goals.

      Tim Vilayphanh is currently a massage therapy student at one of the most prestigious schools in the province, where he is building a solid foundation of expertise in human anatomy and therapeutic techniques. His education equips him with valuable knowledge that enhances his ability to support and improve the well-being of his clients. Outside of his studies, he is dedicated to fitness, spending time in the gym or running outdoors. Having competed in several 10k races and training for his first marathon in 2025, he deeply understands the importance of maintaining optimal body function for peak physical performance and long-term health.

      Sukhpreet "Sunny" Sidhu is a registered kinesiologist dedicated to improving the lives and well-being of all StretchLab members. Growing up, Sunny was a competitive hockey player but also participated in many other sports, from basketball to cross country. In 2022, Sunny graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo, graduating with honours and a specialization in rehabilitation sciences. During the final year of his degree, Sunny volunteered as a trainer for Brampton Hockey Inc., and shortly after graduating, he worked as a physiotherapist's assistant for nearly two years before becoming a Flexologist at StretchLab.
      Fatemeh (Fatima) Adelzadeh

      Fatemeh Adelzadeh holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and brings extensive hands-on experience in rehabilitation and healthcare. She is passionate about helping individuals unlock their full physical potential through personalized mobility and stretching programs. As a Flexologist at StretchLab, Fatemeh combines her scientific knowledge with practical expertise to enhance flexibility, improve posture, and relieve muscle tension. She also guides clients in mastering proper body mechanics and self-care strategies to promote lasting mobility and overall functional health. A former basketball and rugby player, Fatemeh understands the importance of stretching, recovery, and physical preparation in achieving peak performance. Her professional journey includes roles as a Physiotherapy Assistant and Neuro-recovery Assistant, where she worked closely with individuals recovering from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. These experiences have shaped her ability to deliver compassionate, results-driven care while empowering clients to achieve their long-term wellness goals. Whether you’re an athlete striving for optimal performance or seeking relief from physical challenges, Fatemeh is dedicated to helping you move better, feel better, and live better.🪷

Ibrahim has experience in the personal training industry, working for different gyms and independently within his own personal training business. At StretchLab, his goal is simple: to help people move better, feel better, and leave every session with a sense of empowerment and improved physical function. With his expertise and deep knowledge of stretching techniques, chronic pain and mobility enhancement, Ibrahim promotes long-term well-being for his clients. He uses his knowledge of injury recovery, health maintenance and improvement, as well as holistic wellness to improve his client’s well-being and leave them feeling their best. Ibrahim believes in a personalized approach to health, focusing on improving mobility, reducing pain and tension in the muscles and joints, and building strength. Beyond his professional expertise, Ibrahim is deeply invested in mentoring and guiding others on their health and wellness journey. He strives to make every interaction meaningful, ensuring that clients not only experience immediate relief but also build resilience for the future.
