Victoria is a former professional ballet dancer with over a decade of experience as a private trainer for dancers. Her lifelong passion for movement and the mechanics of the human body has fueled her study of diverse disciplines, including dance, the Alexander Technique, functional fitness, flexibility training, nutrition, cross-training, and conditioning.
Victoria holds a bachelor’s degree from Tiffin University and maintains certifications in CPR, First Aid, AED, and BBP. With years of hands-on experience, she understands that mobility and flexibility are essential—not just for athletes, but for anyone looking to enhance their range of motion, prevent injury, and improve overall quality of life.
Blending her dance background with practical training expertise, Victoria offers a unique, movement-focused approach in every session. Her style is supportive, personalized, and rooted in helping clients feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their bodies. She also leads by example—most recently summiting Mount Kilimanjaro, completing the 7-day, 19,000-foot climb as an active athlete dedicated to continuous growth and challenge.
